Provider did come out but instead of doing the job, the guys must have taken a 45 minute break. The ducts were not cleaned. The house had been painted and recarpeted before the cleaning, and upon inspection afterward the ducts still contained debris of those projects.. Anderson offered to come back and reclean if I'd pay 50% of fee a second time. That's ridiculous. Stay away from this business.

The best customer service and response time I have dealt with in a long time! I bought the deal and sent them an email on 8/21 and they responded twice that day. I didn't get a chance to respond and sent another message on the 8/21 with a message to call me. Kathy called me that morning and did her best to fit me in. I was fit in the next day in the morning and I wasn't able to be there. I gave them my garage code, but forgot that I had locked my door. I thought I would not hear back from them again after wasting their time. I was wrong, Kathy called me back and they were able to come out the next day. The job was done and I got a follow up call from the technicians letting me know how everything went. I would definitely recommend them!!!

These guys were AWESOME! In just over an hour they finished the HVAC cleaning and offered to service our gas-burning potbelly stove and dryer. Not only did they thoroughly clean the dryer, but they even repaired the vent piping in a few places to make sure it was all running efficiently. They were fast, friendly, and informative. I would definitely hire them again.

I've used this company before and I like them a lot. They always do an exceptional job and this time was no exception. They always stand behind their work. My gas fireplace has never been so clean and they took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it. They even added that "wool" that glows like embers. There was basically none in my fireplace. My dryer vent needed cleaning so I was glad they offered that additional service at a reasonable cost.

I was having an occasional noise problem with the refrigerator. The AAA technicians thought it probably was the condenser, but later I learned the unconnected ice maker had been turned on accidentally, hence the off-and-on loud buzzing noise. They did a good job checking and cleaning the dishwasher. They ended up replacing the old garbage disposer, which was beyond repair. Both technicians were courteous and willing to answer my questions and explain hows and whys of things, which to me was a valuable part of the service. A satisfactory experience.

I spoke with Kim who was extremely professional and she scheduled a furnace tune up for Friday August 14, 2015 between 2-5 pm. On August 14th at 4:45 pm I got a call from the service team that they could not be to my house for another 45 minutes to an hour. I told them I would not be home and they said someone from the office would call me back. I waited a week, no one ever called back.

They checked frig, dishwasher and garbage disposal but now our frig is leaking water again--problem not fixed

They were very easy to work with, punctual, and helped my wife with a lot of questions on our machines as they came with the house that we bought last year.

They were not able to turn on log because of faulty gas valve - that needs according to the technicians - repair. I asked for reference for who could repair. I was told they would ask the office to call me back on that. This was yesterday, Friday. Hope I'll hear by Monday. Otherwise, I'll check for repairs on Angie's List. Technicians offered to clean dryer vent for half price, $50, while they were. I took them up on that since it was long overdue. I was not surprised that the log needed repair, since it hasn't been used for some time.

My wife was home to let them in. Sounded like they did what was asked, but she said they weren't very clean with our home or in their personal appearance. She was really put off. It sounds like they have two teams - repair & service. So from now on we'll use AAA for appliance help (which we have done before and is good), but for servicing will go with a different company. Kim (I believe) runs the office and is great.

They showed up on time. Cleaned the ducts. Also, cleaned and adjusted my gas fireplace (for a fee). Overall, a good job.

They called before they showed up, and were right on time. They came in and got things going immediately. One guy did most of the work and then the other told me of other services offered. I appreciated it, however did not need those other services. Very friendly, learned ALOT about the ducts and at the end, they kindly brought up a filter like a platter to show me all the dust WHOA!!! It was a good thing to do. I would certainly hire them again.

I was very surprised at how fast and professional they were. To be honest I didn't really know what to expect, as being a new home owner I've never had this type of service done before. That being said I would definitely recommend them to others, and in two years I will more then likely have them come back again.

Technicians arrived within time scheduled. They were efficient and polite. I appreciated being notified about gas fireplace cleaning while they were here. It saved a substantial amount compared to another house call. Work was done well.

I called and left a message that I had a problem with a Samsung Dryer and would like a call back. This company is not certified by Samsung so they could not do the work. She DID call me back, something MANY of her competitors did not do and she gave me the name of a repair shop that could do the work. I really appreciated her doing that. If I need work on something else she'll get the call.

Great! They called when they were coming! They arrived on time and were here less than an hour.
