Everything went very good. Prompt scheduling, on time and very professional. They up-sold the gas fireplace cleaning, glad I did it. Good price($50) and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

I bought a big deal from Angie's list to have the vent cleaning done for $99. I didn't realize that the retailer didn't have access to my email or phone so I didn't get the message right away (until I checked Angie's List again). After that, it was easy to schedule. Two guys came to my house and were very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I paid an extra $75 to have the dryer vent cleaned. I thought that was a little pricey, but went ahead any way just to know that it was done. I've noticed a big difference in the level of dust in my house and thought the service was well worth the money. I will have them back to do it again.

Our 12-year-old Frigidaire front-loading washer suddenly stopped tumbling and spinning. Boo! First of all -- unlike a competitor we called -- AAA Anderson's office staff was willing to give some example prices for a few different components of our machine, to get a rough idea of what we might end up paying to get it fixed. Otherwise, me might have decided to skip even the initial diagnostic visit and just buy a new machine. The technicians arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They emailed an invoice for the diagnostic visit on the spot, including a quote for the replacement parts we needed, and told us how soon they could get the parts. Once the parts came in, they same two techs made a second visit to complete the repair. This was also quick and prompt, and did not exceed the one hour of repair labor that's included in the diagnostic fee. The washing machine has been running great in the week since then!

First of all...Kim is one of the best people you can speak with on the phone. She should be teaching customer service skills to others. She is so friendly and helpful. I just called them again today for new job, and again...she does everything in her power to schedule your appointment in the best possible way for me. She is wonderful to work with. John did a great job fixing the washing machine. I did not meet him personally since he was fixing this in a rental property of mine, but he was very informative on the phone about telling me what was wrong with the washer, and gave me an accurate quote to fix it. My renter said he was on time, and the work was done quickly and with great quality and care. I highly recommend them for several reasons. Good work, decent price, but most importantly....great customer service. I love working with good people, and John and Kim seem to be just that!

they were there on time and two guys spent about an hour taking apart the appliances and cleaning them. there was a small upcharge for the fridge, which required a small additional service that I agreed to before he proceeded with it. The freezer and the dishwsher had some issues, which were corrected through this service. The only issue I have with the work is that when they pulled out my refrigerator they slightly gouged my wood foor and after they left I found an extra screw on the floor in the kitchen.

They were very professional, on time and explained everything that they were doing and now everything is clean and working great. They pulled the refrigerator out cleaned it really well and made sure it was running properly. They checked out the garbage disposal put a cleaning solution in it and it works perfect. The dishwasher was holding water they cleaned it out put a cleaning solution in and told me how I should run the water in the garbage disposal and turn it on so it will make the water run through correctly so the dishwasher doesn't get backed up so far so good. Also cleaned out the fireplace added some logs and it ready to go.

Very professional and on time. However, they were not able to see our dryer vent on the roof and confirm if it had a screen or not. Also, they were not able to move our washer and dryer off the pedestals to clean/inspect them. They were honest about what they could do and not do and they did issue me a refund since they could not complete the service.

It was good. I asked them to take care of some built up ice in the freezer, and they made an adjustment to get rid of that. I asked them if they also have a service for a gas fireplace, and while they didn't have a deal at that time, they took a look at it, and were able to get it working again. I just love that they gave me good tips and what was needed. They were really friendly and gave me good advice.

Great! We recently moved into a new house and our refrigerator had been either freezing or at room temp. The problem was quickly diagnosed. He ordered the part, quickly came back to fix it and all is well. Very professional and prompt. We will definitely be using AAA for duct cleaning and any other work needed in the future.

It went okay. I thought there would be more done to the Dishwasher than just leaving a cleaning agent that I run through one cycle. I was hoping the dishwasher tune-up would get rid of a problem that we are having with debris getting left on dishes.
