It went well, the service technicians were on time, professional and personable. They explained the process and anything needed on our part. They locked up as instructed when they left. I was pleased with this company and would use them again in the future.

I purchased a "Big Deal" voucher: $99 for cleaning and inspecting gas log fireplace. I neglected to schedule within the 6-month window of the voucher but they honored the price anyway. (Although truthfully, $99 seems like about the right price for this service anyway, without needing a special coupon.) Two guys came, right on time, got right down to work and did a good job. They cleaned the glass (which was really dirty), told me what product to use to clean it myself, tested the fire and the pilot light, cleaned it out, and replenished the supply of steel wool embers. At the end, they took a picture with the iPad and e-mailed the picture as a part of the receipt. That was cool. My only "complaint" (although complaint is really too strong a word) is that they were total chatterboxes. They (especially one of them) talked nonstop. They were certainly friendly and pleasant but they came while we were eating lunch and it seemed a little much to keep talking to us while we were having a meal. Other than that minor peccadillo, I am glad to have used them and expect to use them again in the future.

We purchased a new home and our fireplace didn't seem to be throwing much heat. It also made a loud noise once the fan kicked in for a while. Since I was calling in late fall I expected to have to wait a bit but I got in within two weeks. Very friendly and accomodating to schedule. The guys who came were professional and friendly. They called in advance of their arrival and came equipped with tarps and vacumns to keep the area clean. They gave it a thorough cleaning and showed me how to position the fan motor so it wouldn't vibrate against the frame. They added more stuff to make the flame look real among the logs. And they are so fast! Very helpful taking the time to explain what they found and what they were doing. And they didn't mind my little dog watching! Our fireplace looks and works beautifully now! They will be our go to for all our appliances moving forward. Thanks a bunch!!

The work performed exceeded out expectations. Both Jason and Jesse had years of experience and as a result were knowledgable with the work that needed to be completed. They took their shoes off upon entering our home, were polite and professional. When they finished, they vacuumed any loose dry wall that came out and made sure areas were left clean.

I bought an online special for duct cleaning for $100 (and cancelled an appoint with another company that was going to charge 4x that amount). The guys showed up right on time to do the cleaning, got right to work, and were all done in an hour. They gave some good advice on how often to clean as well as pointing out some interesting little things I hadn't noticed about our ductwork. They were friendly, professional, and honestly kind of fun. I would not hesitate to hire AAA Anderson again.

They were on time, very nice and took time to show me features of my fireplace. Very clean as well.

At first, I was a little bit skeptical that I was going to have a working washer! Initially, the two guys came out and replaced a temperature valve that I had purchased online. Unfortunately, they did not have time to wait it out and test the entire cycle, but my washer was still rinsing in hot water. They came back out and determined that there was an additional issue that would need another expensive part. A few days later, they called letting me know they did some research and that the additional part would only be $75 versus the $150 that they initially thought. They said they would come out and install it without an installation fee. I feel like they went above and beyond to research the unique issue I was having with my machine, and made extra visits for installation. Overall it was a long, drawn out experience, but good in the end.

Service was good. They where early, but this was due to them missing another appointment. For the $100 price the vents were cleaned only using air. (Went to each vent and sprayed air down the lines then used an air whip to chase the trunks.) For my application this was good as I was just after dust. (No pets in the house.) I would recommend rotary brush cleaning for anyone that smokes or has pets. They did not remove any vent covers to do their service. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to get a more thorough cleaning. They did push for the add on's as expected from other reviews. (Fireplace and dryer vent cleaning) I had the dryer vent cleaned since it needed it. Cost was $50. (Yes way over priced, but when balanced that out with the $100 it was worth it.) They did go the extra mile and shorten the vent hose. I would use then again for this application.

The 2 guys showed up on time. They put down a tarp to make sure things stayed clean. They removed the logs and cleaned them. They cleaned up the fireplace and got it running again. We had turned it off completely since last spring becuase it was having issues. Turns out it was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. It was up and running quickly. I believe the went above and beyond. They added more pebbles and they also added this wool that makes it look like there are coals underneath the logs. It works really well and looks 10x better. They guys gave us some tips and information. We appreciated it. The 2 guys interacted with our kids very well. One of the guys even showed our kids pictures of his dog that was like ours. We were quite impressed with the friendly service. They offered to do some other things as well, but it was not high pressure and they accepted our "no" and moved on. Thank you!

They gave me a temporary relief for what was wrong. They were okay. They came out for the days that I asked them to come out. It was within days, it was the day I requested. They were able to take some frost off to make the huge noise go away but they couldn't take it off, that was for the refrigerator. The cost was okay. I would not use them again in the future. I would go more to a dealer that I know that would do the whole job. They were congenial and they told me what they could do and they couldn't do, so I thought they were fine. They answered all my questions.
