They arrived on time, checked all three appliances; removed the front grill on the fridge (which I was unable to take off since it fit so tightly), did a thorough vacuuming of the coils, pulled out the fridge and vacuumed the back. They also ran a cleaning cycle on the dishwasher. Since I have no children or pets in my home, nothing was very dirty, so it didn't take long. However I now have peace of mind that "preventive maintenance" indicates the three appliances are in good shape.

Provider was very punctual, and did a thorough cleaning of a very dirty fireplace. We were amazed to find out there was brick work under all that soot! They explained that the logs were misplaced, resulting in the excess of soot that accumulated over time. They were finished quickly, and the results were excellent.

First time buying off Angie's List. Fireplace tune up for $99. The appointment was scheduled between 9-11 am. Workers called at 8:15 and said they were on the way. Two workers arrived at 08:30. Immediately got to work on the upstairs fireplace. I was busy with getting kids to the bus stop, so not a lot of small talk until the end. Said that while they were there, they could clean the downstairs fireplace for $50. I took them up on the offer. Work was done as stated. I am very happy with the cleanliness they left the house and fireplaces. The fireplaces were extremely dirty and not used for several years. They work great now. I was very happy and comfortable with the workers and would consider hiring them for any future needs.

On time, clean, happy with results. I would use them again.

Service performed by AAA Anderson appliance was excellent. To serviceman showed up on time and he called early to reconfirm. Explained every aspect of their service and and up after. I will definitely use them again.

Fridge is built in with almost no room on either side. Floor is maple. Owner just a little nervous that they would not be able to accomplish said task. Well, not to worry. They slid it out without damaging anything and, Houdini like, got behind it to clean large quantities of dust out as it hadn't been moved since installation eight years ago. Whew! The guys are easygoing and polite, very pleasant to work with. The dishwasher and disposal were in good shape so just a checkup on them. I have been able to schedule with other Angie's list providers online. This one required a phone call. Not a big deal but I do appreciate those who can accomplish via online messages. All in all, very satisfied and would recommend!

Great experience, my fireplace looks brand new and works better than before! I would highly recommend their fireplace cleaning service for gas fireplaces. This went beyond my expectations for service and results!

They took the glass front off the fireplace to clean it. They looked for the problem with the ignition or remote. The problem was a loose connection, which they tightened. The inside of the fireplace was cleaned, the rock wool was replaced, the unit was rechecked and then the glass cover was installed. Everything was neat, orderly and professional.

These guys came in like a whirlwind. I think they did good work, left things as they found them, and showed me the nastiness that came out of my ducts. My only complaint is they seemed to be in a huge hurry and didn't want to take the time to talk to me about the process (this was my first experience with duct cleaning). They convinced me to clean my fireplace too which I was uncertain about but glad I did.

Great! The two workers arrived on time, with a just right heads up call. They do a great job of cleaning the fireplaces and helping the fireplaces work and look their best. This is the second year we have had them and will make it an annual maintenance ritual. Fireplaces look and work great.

I bought the ad for duct cleaning and they did just that. They gave me a window of time between 2-5pm. The called be and informed me where they were and what time they would be getting to my house. They started setting up their equipment and the whole process took about a little over an hour. They were very respectful and explained what the process was and what it entailed. Would definitely use them again.

They did great. They were cordial, informative, effective, & punctual. They originally came out to clean our gas fireplace. I asked them what other services their company privides. I decided to have them clean the clithes dryer as well since they were already here. It needed it. Overall, very good report!

The two fellows arrived within the designated time slot, got right to work and were congenial as well as confident in their job. They borrowed a ladder and replaced it when finished.
