This was a routine clean up of the fireplaces, nothing spectacular. The service personnel were punctual, courteous and professional. The price was also reasonable.

Good. Job was more difficult then anticipated and it was completed nicely.

I was able to schedule the service quickly and easily. The two guys who came here did an excellent job of cleaning the fireplace as well as keeping their work area clean, too. My 20+ year old fireplace looks great! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This is the first time that we used this company, and would rate them an A+. Friendly and courteous they called before coming out. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will definite have them back next Fall.

It started with a call prior to arriving indicating when they would be there. They were punctual to the minute. Jason and Mac introduced themselves and stated what they would do for the service purchased. After I indicated the age of the fire place box, the problem of failure to ignite with the automatic wall switch (although the pilot was always lit), Mac gave a preliminary review of how the fireplace box mechanism functions and what can potentially go wrong. They then laid a protective cover over the wool carpet and got to work. After removing the protective glass / grill and exposing the mechanical operation, he immediately was able to ignite the flame by using the concealed master switch. That lead him to examine the thermo-coupling device which is the safety mechanism that permits ignition and controls the flow of gas when not ignited. The thermo-coupling was 21 years old, and was kaput and quite corroded. A new thermo-coupling was installed after promoting the safety and benefits of switching out that device and the immense savings to be had to replace while there rather than $100 more for a service call that was not part of the Angie List special. Just to be on the safe side, they replaced the wall switch, too at no additional charge. The thermo-coupling was replaced for $200 "and should last another 21 years," When they were completed, they removed the large protective cover from our carpet, vacuumed any remaining debris, and then showed us some additional treatments including some vermiculite on the brick flooring beneath the logs to give a more rustic appearance, indicated where the "wool" (like steel wool) was placed to give the fire a more realistic appearance, the additional application of the "nuggets" that give the fire an ember-like glow beneath the logs. Recommendations were given for what should be the normal recall for upkeep maintenance, why the thermo-coupling is the key to a safe and well operated fireplace and not to be hood winked by some repair operations that would tell us that the whole fireplace box would need to be replaced if we didn't know the role of the thermo-coupling. I was also impressed and pleased to know that Jason and Mac attend annual classes to maintain their license and certification. They are professionals, you see. All in all, a very professional, friendly and thorough job done. We will use them in the future for other services including the cleaning of our vents and furnace and for any other appliance repairs. Very professional, thorough. Did a great job. Would definitely recommend their services. Very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. Provided a lot of good tips for the fireplace.

Service went as expected. They worked fairly fast and efficiently, and explained what they did as they went along. They used compressed air to blow dust down into the main trunk which had a suction vacuum hooked up to it. They didn't use any sort of scrubbing device to clean and didn't do before and after pictures (and didn't advertise they did so it was just as expected) but we were confident enough in the work that I don't regret trying to find a different provider that did. We would recommend this service especially at the price we paid.

The service provider prompt and nice. He cleaned my gas fireplace. The glass window looked much better but I don't think the cleaning was a $200 dollar value. I would have thought there would have been a more in depth checking of the gas lines and the wiring. The service was OK, nothing special.

We have used this company many times for cleaning air ducts, dryer vents, etc. They do a great job, they are punctual, and I will continue to use them in the future.

They were fast and very neat. They made the fireplace look like new.

It was fine, but other than the fireplace, didn't feel like they did a lot more than I would normally do myself

It was okay. I didn't think it was the very best but it was okay. They were here the beginning of January 2016. That was pretty reasonably priced.

Cleaning was done very well. Got all the nooks and crannies. Did inspection and attempted to troubleshoot a small connection problem that I requested of them. Parts were needed for the fix and they referred me to a possible supplier with technicians. Much appreciated.

Went great. These people are both friendly and efficient. Although they were only scheduled to clean out the dryer vent one of the men remembered he had cleaned my gas fireplace before and offered to do it again which he did. I was very satisfied with their work and efficiency and pricing. One of the men even gave me some wildbird feeding advice.

Two of the service repairmen arrived on time for the appointment. They efficiently cleaned the parts, glass and inside parts of the fireplace. They took time to explain the workings of the components and made adjustments to pilot. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. They made no attempt to sell me additional services that I wasn't interested in. I would definitely use them again.

They were amazing and so knowledgeable. I was worried I needed a whole new fire place, they had it cleaned up, explained how it worked, how to maintain it and it's working better than new. VERY PLEASED!!!

Went well. They were right on time and cleaned up after themselves.
