Thorough, polite, knowledgeable! The crew from Anderson' Mechanical did a great job cleaning our ducts, bathroom fans and dryer vent all for a very affordable price. They got right to work upon arrival and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them!

Overall, OK, I guess!
Description of Work: The service was duct cleaning and it was an Angie's List special at half price. I live in a 3 bedroom 6-year old townhome and the entire service from pulling up to the residence to driving off was completed in less than 30 minutes! No explanation of the service was given while they were here, and all the write ups on the service included cleaning of the clothes dryer vent--it was neither offered or done. Perhaps the vents are cleaned but somewhat hard to believe in such a brief time period.

We are sorry for the misundrstanding while Matt and Jason where at the home. They should of explained walking in what would be done or felt you were told over phone unsure? For a home of 2500 Square feet or less the heating system is simple and not complex. The process takes up to an hour. If you were not satisfied we would be willing to do a reclean at no additional charge within 30 days of appointment. The dryer is not ever included with the furnace duct cleaning. We do charge an additional charge for that cleaning. We do not like our employees to do any up sales for it is bad for business. If you felt the dryer needed to be cleaned you needed to inquire about it or any other questions to the guys, or myself Kim in office. We are a very easy company to talk to and would have worked with you in this mattter, and still are willing too.

I would not recommend this vendor.
Description of Work: I signed up for the Angie's list Big Deal and purchased the comple chimney sweep AND dryer vent cleaning. Two guys came to the house and 16 minutes later they were done. When I commented on the short time, they stated that 'some take longer than others'. They did not clean up the work area around the dryer and even left a dirty (and damp) large blue tarp in the middle of the family room floor in front of the fireplace!

We do apologize for the mistakes made in your home and for the tarp that was left behind. This time of year we do hire a crew to help us with the busy season. And for this our business is compromised. We do try to do everything to please or correct every situation. We do try to stay on top of the guys to make sure everyone receives the same job that myself and my husband would do. We are sorry that you were not pleased with our service.
