Description of Work: I would have liked the two that came, talked to me and explain just how they do it and if I could have seen what they "took out". I would use them again and maybe I would have to ask them how they do it and etc. I can tell the difference by how the air comes out.

Description of Work: I had my refrigerator and dishwasher tuned up and cleaned. The workers were prompt, very friendly and timely. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else they could do for me.Receipt provided electronically.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen came to the house at the specified time. They attached a giant tube to the cold air return on my furnace, then went to each register and blew it out. The dust, cat hair and crunchy stuff was sucked out the giant tube to their truck. They also cleaned my furnace's electronic filter. The lead, (I've already forgotten his name, sorry), told me my vents were an 8 out of 10 for dust. I'm not surprised; I've lived here 12 years and never had this done. They were quick, prompt and tidy. I don't know how much crud is left in my ducts, but they took out a *lot.*

Description of Work: I took advantage of a Big Deal through Angie's list. I had been looking at other companies and $149 lookes like a good price. I was please when the men arrived exactly when I expected them. I told them that I wanted to understand what they were doing. They showed me where they attached the vacuum. Showed me how they went to each heat and cold register and blew air and sanitizer down them all, then vacuumed up the dust and whatever. I heard something clinking throught the airducts that they were sucking up. (Something solid that probably got in there by mistake.) Anyway, I was convinced that the ducts were actually being cleaned out. They also cleaned the furnace filter (which is a big one that is quite expensive) and gave that a little more life on the job. I was very satisfied with the job that was done. They made sure everything that had to be moved to get to the registers was put back in exactly the place they moved it from. I will use them again when I need this job done again.

Description of Work: My dishwasher was making a grinding sound, and just about the time it started Angie's list offered a coupon for appliance repair with this company, so I used it. Turned out there was a flower stem that was stuck. They removed it and it has been running fine .

Description of Work: They came to clean the chimney and did it from the bottom up. They actually pushed the creasote up and partiall plugged the chimmeny. In our first fireplace usage after cleaning, we had a chimmeny fire. It caused over $10,000.00 of damage to the lower level of our house.

He answered my questions about dishwasher problems, which lead to a new dishwasher once I realized what the issue was (I thought the dishwasher was just not that good). I'm was very happy to have the problem diagnosed, even if I hadn't been planning to buy a new dishwasher at the time.

Description of Work: I had the Laundry Room Service Package where they cleaned out and inspected my washer and dryer. Also had the Kitchen service where they cleaned and inspected my dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. They set up an appointement quickly, the communication with the company was timely and accurate. All the services were well done and took just over an hour. Two service men showed up. They cleaned up after themselves. And then they educated me on things I could do to better maintain my appliances. I really appreciated that part. That is not something that you get told when you first get the appliances, or it was so long ago I had forgotten. Anyway, excellent job done and they are going into my rolodex for appliance repair. Description of Work: I noticed our refrigerator was much warmer than normal. The control panel read upper 50s for the frig and 28 or more for the freezer unit. I readjusted them and over the weekend they return to more normal 37 and 0. However, on Saturday morning I did check out service providers nearby since we are new in this home. AAA was very responsive and set the service date for first thing Monday morning. She said they'd call 20 minutes ahead of time to confirm the visit. My wife was at home and told me later that's exactly what happened. I was at work but did talk to the service agent while he was here to describe the problem. He determined the mother board needed replacement and did so. In addition to the fixed cost of the visit, which included one hour of labor, he added the $200 cost of the mother board. He was neat and very professional...and timely, with no surprise costs.

I would totally recommend them to anyone needing vents/dryer cleaned.We have used other providers years ago but John and Kim are the BEST.

Description of Work: We had them brush and Vacuum our heating duct work. We have a 2200 square foot home that is older with lots of twists and turns in the duct work. They brushed and vaccumed for 2 hours and worked thier butts off.
