Description of Work: I signed up for one of Angie's List special deals for a washer and dryer cleaning, inspection and deodorizing as well as a dryer vent cleaning. John and his assistant arrived when they said they would and proceeded to clean and check the washer and dryer. The assistant went up on the roof to vacuum out the dryer vent. I had been smelling something which smelled like a dead animal in my dryer and, sure enough, they found three dead mice in my dryer vent. I was pleased with the work they did and I was very happy to get the lint and dead mice cleaned out of my dryer vent.

Description of Work: Originally used service as part of a groupon. Was so pleased had them back again. Neatly done, they cleaned the chimney and kept the ashes and dust out of the house and air. They carted everything away and cleaned the area up as it had been before they arrived - would continue to use their services.

Description of Work: I had the air ducts cleaned; I am have never had this service performed before, and after seeing the process I am unsure if it was done as well as it should be. One of my ducts (main floor bathroom) was not put back, so I can not be certain that they gave any attention to that duct during the cleaning process. The guys were very friendly, professional, and seemed very certain about their job; my interactions with the company were very positive overall. My only concern is that I had scheduled a 10-12 appointment, and they did not arrive until 10:30; also, once here, they seemed to be in an incredibly hurry. I will probably use this service the next time I have this done, because everyone was so friendly and I got a good deal.

Description of Work: Voucher was for my Hot Water Heater. Cleaned it with great explanations of what he was doing. HOWEVER, I've seen vouchers for $49 and he broke the handle for the spigit which lets the water out then told me it would cost $45 to fix it!!!!!!!! Can you believe that?????

Description of Work: The company called back to schedule the appointment quickly. They explained what they were doing. They even made a second stop back to test CO2 levels after their machine went on the blink. They were prompt and professional both times they were here!

Description of Work: The company tuned up my water heater, told me what they couldn't fix without additional cost, advised about upcoming changes in laws regarding water heaters and gave the pros and cons of simply replacing the broken part versus replacing the entire unit, which works but is beyond the typical life span of a water heater. I was very pleased with this company and their service.
