Description of Work: They were there at the appointed time. They did a great job of servicing the dishwasher and refrigerator, and the technician saw a problem with the garbage disposal. We are having him back later to make that repair. They were also nice enough to include their dryer vent special, that I had just noticed on Angie's list. The clothes dryer is drying better than before.

Description of Work: The technician shared some good tips on the maintenance of the fridge, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. However, I noticed the area at the bottom of the dishwasher, on the inside where you can't see it that well unless you search for it, was still pretty grimy and I had to clean off. Other than that, the work was very prompt and efficient.

Cleaning ducts is a job that the customer has no way of knowing what kind of job they did. This company took pictures of the inside of the duct by the furnace. Also there was no add ons or extra charges applied. Thanks for the great job.

Description of Work: Very thourough. Cleaned my dryer vent. Cleaned my dryer and inspected it to see if needed any repairs. I have some vibration and he explained that my dryer drum may need to be replaced in the future if it gets worse. Also cleaned and ran a diagnostic on my washing machine.

Description of Work: Company was hired to clean out the water heater. The individuals who completed the work also explained to me what I should be doing to more effectively use my water heater. Very professional and nice.

Description of Work: The oven in our range was not working. John assessed the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part. They were here exactly when they said they would be and it took last then a half hour for them to complete the repair.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning in the whole house

Description of Work: I had recently moved into a house where I am sure the ducts hadn't been cleaned in years. AAA came and explained what they would do and took the time to show me what they were doing so I could see the dust before and the clean vents after. They sprayed the floor vents first and then the wall vents. Once they were done with the vents and ducts they showed me the furnace filter and what had been collected. They then cleaned the filer and the filter housing. I tried to have as many vents clear of furniture as possible before they arrived. They had to move the sectional but there were 2 guys so they didn't have any trouble. They moved it back after they were done. They talked to me about the dryer and the lint they found while inspecting. I paid additional monies to have the dryer vent cleaned outside and the lint removed from inside the dryer. The dryer is very old so whatever can be done to make it keep running is good! I feel they did a good job. They took the time to explain and then show me what was being done. There was no pressure to take action on their recommendations.

Description of Work: They put a chemical in the washer and ran a cycle to clean it. They couldn't answer my questions about the lint filter. They pulled the dryer away from the wall, cleaned the lint pipe behind the dryer and into the wall. They cut off part of the pipe that was leaking and reattached it, but were unable to answer my question about the heat control.

Description of Work: We had a great experience and in fact asked them to come back for some follow-up work. I would definitely use them again. Only thing I wish is that we could have gotten them out faster. I think it took about 10 days to schedule them.
