Description of Work: They didn't do much. As far as I can tell, nothing is any cleaner than before. I removed a couple of register covers and they were untouched- just as dirty as before. They were in and out in an hour or so. It didn't accomplish anything and was a total waste of money.

Description of Work: We were told they would have to create a hole in our venting system of our furnace to attach the vacuum cleaner to which is used for the vent cleaning. I did not feel comfortable authorizing this - as another company recently put in the furnace and I wanted to check with them first. It all seemed a bit odd to me that they would put in a furnace and not consider the ability for cleaning it.

Description of Work: Loved the service. Arrived exactly on team, team of two. The spent a few min. Explaining exactly what they would be doing and how they would proceed. They then got immediately to work, and completed the work promptly , they wer neat and quiet. Cleaned up after completion, checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. Would definitely use again. Regarding cost I bought the coupon from Angie's list and I do. Ot remember the amount and I am not currently abl to check back..

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked over our gas fireplace...replaced some screws and made sure everything was in good (and safe) working order. He cleaned the glass on the front of the fireplace and it looks just great. Easy to set up the appointment, he was prompt for his appointment. Very friendly company. Will definitely call them on an annual basis for this service.

Description of Work: Our gas fireplace was turning itself on and off. AAA came out at the exact time they indicated they would be there and cleaned the fireplace and indicated that installing a fan would help to keep the unit from turning itself off so often as it would be kept cooler. No pressure to purchase fan but indicated they would be able to install it at another visit if I wished. They asked if there was anything else and specifically mentioned the dryer vent which I always worry about at 3 in the morning. For an additional $60 they cleaned the vent. They were very neat in not making a mess and cleaning up after themselves. I will definitely contact them in the future for any appliance repair needs.

Description of Work: We used these guys for two things, duct cleaning and also dryer vent/duct cleaning. Bought a special for the duct cleaning here on Angie list and hen added the dryer service for an extra 40 bucks. We are quite happy with the job the two gentlemen that came performed. They were really courteous and professional and performed a thorough job. They were patient and comprehensive when answering questions we had and provided what I see as astute suggestions. They also cleaned up after themselves for the small mess they created by running their equipment in.
