Description of Work: Dryer wouldn't heat. The technician discovered that the heating element was bad, went and purchased the part and installed it. In the assessment process he also verified the integrity of other parts that could have been malfunctioning. He told us what lifespan to expect for other parts that typically cause dryer failure. He also showed us how to clean the back under the cover and told us where to purchase a brush for the filter area. He communicated thoroughly before, during, and after. He was friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. Our dryer now works perfectly again. When we initially called on the phone the person who answered was knowledgable and asked lots of good questions to determine how to help us best. The technician called before the appt and could have come early if we had been available. He completed his work and was gone well before the timeframe assigned to us was over. We called on a Monday and had an appt and a working dryer three days later on Thursday.

Description of Work: The service rep came, checked out my condo, and realized that because of the unique layout they would not be able to perform the service properly. He said they could do it with a portable devise, but that the results wouldn't be nearly as good. He was very honest with me, so overall it was a very good experience.
