It went well they showed up on time and did the service work needed. Only negative I can think of, and its a petty complaint, the tech or tech's were clearly very heavy smokers, we needed to air out the mud room and kitchen for that matter! It's maybe not a real problem for others but I found it disappointing!

We had the dryer cleaned and the vent cleaned it really didn't seem to change anything we had Sears out several weeks later to look closer at the dryer they showed me that the vents were filthy dirty as if they'd never been cleaned

The problem was resolved fairly quickly and the results were good.

I was disappointed and felt it was a bait and switch operation. I purchased a "special deal" for 69.00, regularly 119.00 to have my dryer vent cleaned. Seemed pretty basic so I purchased the service and called and scheduled an appointment. Two men show up to do the service and quickly stated that you know that you only are paying for us to clean out the duct/vent from the outside right? We don,t go inside. If you want us to go inside and clean out the duct it's "X" amount more. They then proceeded to shove a hose up the outside vent and turn on, essentially an industrial sized shop vac. The paperwork they completed on their iPad took longer to complete then the service provided. If service people have to say first thing out of their mouth, what they won't be doing then there must be many customers who feel that the service was misrepresented. I would have appreciated the appointment scheduler explaining the service I purchased and asking if I wanted, the additional service of the men coming into the home. Now I'm left with having to pay another company to come out and clean my dryer vent from the inside to ensure it has been properly cleaned. I care for a father with Alzheimer's and work full time, scheduleing service providers is very complicated and again this didn't have to happen.

I purchased the "special offer" thru Angie's list. I was contacted by the company the very next day to set up a time, the guys came a week later, and worked quickly and professionally. Couldn't be more pleased.

Very happy with the work done. Our dishwasher mountings had become detached from the cabinet/counter, and although we tried ourselves to reattach it, we couldn't. But they could, and did.

The service performed was excellent.

It went absolutely fabulous AAA was prompt, courteous professionals. They mentioned they also cleaned Dryer vents and since this is a new home for us, I took them up on that deal also. They were efficient and clean. I did the entire job over my lunch hour and was not disappointed.

Super-duper! Our LG front-loading washer wasn't able to spin, mid wash-cycle. Our last repair person apparently went out of business, but it took a while to figure out why they didn't return our calls...Thank goodness for AAA Anderson's and the deal on Angie's list! They came to diagnose the issue, part needed and had it repaired quickly. My husband was very pleased with the entire experience and he is a tough customer.

I originally chose them because they offer bathroom exhaust vent cleaning, which I didn't see from other air duct cleaners. My bathroom fan wasn't pulling out the humidity and really needed a good cleaning. They offer multiple service discounts, so I also scheduled an air duct and dryer vent cleaning...both were much needed! They showed up on time, were very professional, gave me some good recommendations, and did a great job! They were very careful about making sure my cats didn't escape, since the door was open to accommodate their huge vacuum hose. They recommended that we don't leave our fan on all the time to prevent the motor from burning out, which was super helpful, since we don't know much about that kind of stuff. They went above and beyond to tape my dryer vent together properly and also blow out my dirty gutters, while they were up on the roof (saved me the time and pain of climbing up there and cleaning them myself). I plan to use them in the future and highly recommend them!

The AAA Anderson's workers called when expected and showed up promptly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently, performing the tests on the A/C and Furnace, then cleaned the dryer vent in and outside. They were professional and efficient.

We hired them to clean the air duct and vent system for the new house we just bought. I have allergies and the previous owners had a dog, before the cleaning whenever we came to the house I would get a bit sniffily, but not since we got it air duct system cleaned. Very good, no complains, they were quick and efficient. I would probably have them do this once every year or every other.

All the workers that came were friendly and did a wonderful job.

No Idea because their website has the wrong business hours on it. I need someone out tomorrow to look at my dryer and I have no way of knowing if they can accomodate that. Not impressed with Angies list or this provider.

John and his partner did excellent work and were very respectful of our home and our need to get our dishwasher repaired quickly. In replacing the door seal they saved us a major water damage headache in the near future. So thankful.

Great people. Friendly and professional. They were a bit late for the appointment, but called and let me know where they were and that they were on the way. I would use them again.

Fine. The deal covered the cost.

Two workers came and went to work vacuuming out the dryer and the dryer vent. They also checked the washing machine.

It was eventually cleaned, but they broke the vent while snaking it. They took half an hour to dismantle and reassemble the vent which now has 2 fewer pieces and obstructs my electrical box. I was told they couldn't fix it properly/completely because then they would have to start charging for the additional work. I don't understand why I would need to be pay to have them fix what they broke. I called their main office and they were unwilling to reconcile the mistake. With a little more professionalism and skill, this could have easily been avoided. I would never recommend them to anyone.

It wasn't long after I purchased it. There was no additional cost. They came here twice. They came here once to do what I bought from Angie's List and then I knew something was wrong with the dishwasher and they came back and fixed my dishwasher later. So that is actually where I would give them the B rating. The first time they came, it should have been an A.

The service was okay. I think they charged me a lot more for the fan than they should have.

I've used them many times in the past for different things. I don't think they did much. I ended up getting dust all through my house, it was blowing through all the vents. It wasn't a good experience. I think the original owner, if he's still there was great but sometimes they hire these people who don't know what they are doing. They were polite, professional and nice but they didn't do it right. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They were right on time.

Was pretty happy with the promptness and ease of scheduling an appointment. I had already spent $200 on 2 fireplaces based on the coupon deal. This involved removing everything and cleaning the fireplace. From what I have seen, the job was well done. I am happy with that. But the technician said the thermopile on one of the fireplaces is not functioning correctly, when I ran the fireplace before they got here everything was working as far as I know. I agreed to pay $200 to replace the thermopile. I looked up pricing on these, and its an $18 part, the fireplace was already taken apart for the tune up, I cannot justify $180 for a less than 20 minute job of labor to install the thermopile. I feel I am being fleeced on the charges. I dont have a choice now, since the work is done. But the prices are definitely unreasonable.
