Description of Work: The pilot light was out and I could not light it. He removed the logs, inspected, and cleaned all parts of the gas fireplace including the glass. He gave me instructions on the proper way to clean the glass and showed me how to re-light the pilot. I highly recommend AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service.

Description of Work: Our washer sprung a leak in a strange spot. John ordered the part on the spot and a week later, was able to install the part. He also advised about a pump that could be drained and cleaned by us to help out with any odor (front loading washer). He was very friendly and exceedingly prompt!

Description of Work: They did a marvelous job, were very professional and even changed a burned out light bulb in my garage for me as I was unable to do so myself. I do think the cost was a bit high for the amount of time it took but realize it's the going rate. I would use them again for sure.
