Description of Work: Hey never contacted me for a date and with busy Holiday season I forgot about it but the real kicker is that most places do this service for free if they clean your other ducts which I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I was really angry when I saw these coupons for free from other vendors. Plus my son ended up doing the job and I 'm out $109.! Which is even more frustrateing when seeing free coupons after the fact and they never contacted me set up a date and as I said b/4 I was in the middle of getting ready to host the holidays so it slipped my mind till all over. Figure coupon was over and just chalk it up to never buy online ever!

Description of Work: I was not here when service was performed and other family member not aware of exactly what was done. Difficult to see exactly what was accomplished with this type of service unless it is discussed. I can't give a fair evaluation of services completed. Will probably never have this done again by any provider. Husband not a strong believer in need.

Description of Work: .They cleared a frozen and blocked dryer vent. This was more difficult because it goes through the roof. At first they did't want to do the job because it was a roof vent. They agreed to come out and look at it and we were able to work a solution.

Description of Work: I wanted an air duct cleaning after a big construction project in our basement. Though the guys called to let me know when they were on their way, which I appreciate, they constantly were on the upsell--including trying to clean a sparkling fireplace that had literally been installed three days before. I did finally accept one upsell, to clean the air exchange for an additional $90. One man in particular seemed to really want to chat, to try and sell me on his other business of cleaning POOLS. He swore casually, saying both the b- word and the s- word in front of my four-year-old son. I had to cut him off as he seemed ready to settle in. Unbelievably unprofessional. I'm not sure yet what the actual quality of the work has been -- I'll need to evaluate it after my next cleaning from a DIFFERENT company.

Description of Work: They serviced both my gas firelplaces and cleaned my dryer vent. I thought something was wrong with one of the fireplaces after they left. I called and they came back within two hours. It turns out nothing was wrong but I appreciated their prompt return to explain. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I bought the "Big Deal" to have my gas fireplace cleaned and tuned. AAA Anderson called me letting me know they will be here within 20 minutes--which they were. They cleaned/ tuned the fireplace and cleaned the badly stained glass that I have tried to clean. Looks like new now! They also asked about my furness, dryer and hot water. The cleaned & checked all of these and let me know what I may need to have done. They were very professional, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. I would definitely use their service again!

Description of Work: Replaced soap dispenser on KitchenAid dishwasher. |Ok, hoped it would be cheaper. |Thought deal included cleaning under fridge for some reason. Don't know how I misunderstood that. Anyway, wanted over $100.00 to vacuum and clean. Got my husband to do it for free!

Description of Work: They cleaned out my dryer vent. They arrived a few minutes before I got home and had started to set up so they could start the moment I arrived. When they encountered an oddity in the way my vent was set up, they adjusted to doing it a different way without a hitch.
