Description of Work: They serviced my refrigerator, dishwasher & clothes dryer. It mainly included cleaning these appliances. All went well, including explaining that when the ice maker stops working, the line just needs to thaw & then will work again.

Description of Work: I purchased the special deal for Vent cleaning about 3 months ago to have them come out in the spring which they had no problem with my postponing until then. On Friday, my appointment was between 10-12 pm; they came out after a call that they would be at my home in 20 minutes which I appreciated. They arrived and went directly to work while John explained everything that they were going to do and what they were doing at the time. They were extremely professional, friendly, communicative with information, but yet able to work at the same time! John also, fixed things that were broken and showed me where other things not related to vent cleaning that I should be aware of. They worked fast and efficiently. | | I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did, and today I know I am breathing 100% better since they did the work on my vents. I would highly recommend this company for anyone using Angie's list. I am so glad I did.

Description of Work: AAA did come out and clean the dryer vent, but went beyond the expected by removing the exhaust hose and installing a direct metal connection to the dryer . . . much better exhaust up the stack. | |Also, saw the fireplace and the wife mentioned that it would not come on. He took a look the mechanism and got it working, at no charge. Definitely a stand up crew and business. Give them a consideration . . . highly recommended.

Description of Work: THey cleaned the air ducts using the reverse flow pressure air tube, awesome! Cleaned my gas fireplace. They call 45 minutes before arrival, very courteous guys. Very thorough, cleaned up after themselves, pick up the paid coupon, thanked and left. SImple, awesome crew. Will call them for help again in the future.

Description of Work: They serviced both my gas firelplaces and cleaned my dryer vent. I thought something was wrong with one of the fireplaces after they left. I called and they came back within two hours. It turns out nothing was wrong but I appreciated their prompt return to explain. I will definitely use them again.
