Description of Work: Had them out to diagnose a periodically leaking refrigerator - had one previous company out which claimed they fixed it but in fact they hadn't. The inspection was quick and professional and the issue (a cracked drip pan) was quickly found. The part was ordered there on the spot and installed in a followup visit about a week later. Good quick diagnosis and fix at a very fair price. | |Only real complaint was that the repairer was a little surly about having to wait outside for a few minutes during a particularly nasty winter cold snap (some sort of snafu with our door entry system). He later apologized but it still wasn't the best foot to get off on.

Description of Work: I received a call as to what time the technician would arrive and he was punctual. He was very friendly and professional and cleaned our gas fireplace in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Punctual, efficient, clean work. They noticed that our AC coils probably had never been cleaned before, and for an additional $50, cleaned them on the spot since they had the tools necessary to do it. Well worth the money!

Description of Work: Nice guys did quick professional work tuning up my furnace and cleaning/tuning my fireplaces. | |They even tracked down an issue with a leaky spot in the roof above my furnace. Although I needed a roofer to fix it, I was so glad that someone finally found the leak source!

Description of Work: We did the kitchen tune up package. The people who came to our house were very friendly and professional. My only complaint is we never heard back from them on a cost to repair our dishwasher.

Description of Work: It was supposed to be an inspection for 2 gas fireplaces and a dryer vent cleaning. | |The fireplaces doors were cleaned up, the dust vaccumed but no inspection about the proper functioning. The electric switches don't work properly and needed to be fixed. I was hoping they would help me on it. Looking at their website to have my appointment, I saw that they were proposing some coupons and took the advantage for a dryer vent cleaning. Actually, the "cleaning" was to use their vaccum on the "reverse mode" and push all the fabric fibers out of the vent, outside on the rocks with nothing to collect it at the end of the vent. It was raining this day, everything was stuck among the rocks. It took me 2 weeks to get a rid of it. | |

Description of Work: Seemed like a decent company, was very timely and friendly in communication. However, there wasn't a lot to the cleaning service. They were done in about 15 minutes. Was glad I hadn't paid the full price ($300+) for the service. Would not have been happy with 15 minutes of work for that price.

Description of Work: General check up of the fireplace (gas) -- house was recently purchased and wanted to make sure things were working well. The technician was punctual, courteous and efficient. Pointed out a couple things, offered alternatives (for the handy types who want to fix stuff on their own). Nice team -- would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The original offer was an Angie List special for duct cleaning. Because our first appointment was postponed because of snow (!) they "threw in" dryer vent cleaning. I also had them clean out the water heater, for $75. The two guys were friendly, professional, and NOT aggressive in suggesting other services. They gave some economic advice regarding furnace filters, and frequency of vent cleaning services. I'd use them again.
