Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $149.00 for complete home air duct cleaning and sanitizing. They did up-sell to clean out the fireplace as well and we had that done.

Description of Work: Two men (I believe their names were Dan and Jason) called in the morning and asked if they could arrive earlier than the appointed time. I gave permission for them to arrive early and they came to the door on time. They were very polite and immediately got to work with the duct cleaning. They finished the entire job (including changing the furnace filter I supplied) in less than one hour. They cleaned up after themselves and then promptly left. The areas of the ducts that were visible to me were very clean so I'm sure that the rest of the duct system was properly cleaned as well. Overall, I was very pleased with the price and the services provided by AAA Anderson through Angie's List. I recommend them.

Description of Work: Very prompt,, professional and conversational. I've never had my gas fireplace cleaned and they were very careful with the glass and all other elements. I think $99 is a little expensive for 15 minutes work - but it's way cheap for folks who have wood fireplaces. I won't do it annually, but I absolutely would use them again.

Description of Work: The scheduling process was a snap. After purchasing the deal, I immediately received an e-mail response from AAA Anderson's. They were booked for a couple of weeks, but I was able to schedule an appt. for a time/day that worked best for me. The person that came was punctual and friendly. I'd definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gas fireplace. I don't know how the interior went, but the glass was still cloudy, so I could NOT TELL it had been cleaned. THey left no note, no acknowledgment they had been there, nor did I get a headsup they were coming.

Description of Work: Blew out the dryer vent. The job was more involved than expected. the vent was totally blocked but they did the extra work. I paid thru a Groupon, but paid them extra for the extra work. They did the extra work without expectation of extra pay. They were great.

Description of Work: Our oven was turning itself on. They are so good at what they do, there is a waiting list of over a week for an appointment. I was very anxious for our safety until they arrived. They Diagnosed the problem effectively & efficiently, & Had parts with them. I recommend they hire a few more servicemen.

Description of Work: AAA cleaned my duct system. I appreciated their tips to maintain my furnace and also on filters to use. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell any services. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to speak with and were very respectful of my house. I would definitely use them again.
