Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts, drained the water heater, changed humidifier filter and cleaned out ducts leading to furnace. Very neat. Thought it would be messy but not at all. The residue from the furnace was all cleaned up when I went down there.

Description of Work: They called when they were in the vicinity and were able to replace the part in my washer all within 30 minutes. I was able to pay with a card through their ipad. The service was prompt, swift and courteous. They had a fantastic discount on their labor portion of the bill. I'm glad I found them!

Description of Work: Cleaned everything nicely although a little soot was left on my white carpet. I was able to get that out so not permanent. One of my fireplaces turns on and then goes out and they could not fix or advise me about that.

Description of Work: As the Angie's List Deal specified, they inspected and cleaned the refrigerator and disk washer. We don't have a garbage disposal, so that section was wasted (pun intended). Many homes have more than one appliance -- e.g. we have 2 refrigerators -- so one desirable option would be to substitute, say the fridge for the disposal inspection, or have a small add-on charge.

Description of Work: Price was o.k., however there were lots of other options in this price range. Technician was on time. The serviceman just wanted to get in and out quickly. The tech was not real responsive to questions about the service. I will probably try a different company next time, just o.k. nothing more or special about their service.

Description of Work: Previous owners had not cleaned the air ducts the entire 20+ years that they lived here. The guys arrived on time and cleaned out the equivilant of 2 large dogs worth of hair from the ducts, and a heaping pile of grime and dust. They used a lemon scent with their pressurized-air contraptions that was very pleasant. They also cleaned out my dryer vent at a very nice discount because they were already on site.
