The guys did a great job. They suggested that I have the dryer vent cleaned as they could see from the roof that it was clogged. While I couldn't see it myself, I said go ahead. I don't think the former owner ever had it cleaned in 12-years. I was so surprised to see how much lint and dust came out, I even had them clean it off my roof and yard, there was so much. I took a photo from my camera phone up a cold duct return before they came to see if it actually made a difference, then I took a photo after and I couldn't believe the difference. Hopefully my dryer will work better now and we avoided a fire. Vent/Furnace cleaning $149, Dryer cleaned from roof $75.

The team was ontime, did the work quickly and in a clean manner and were just fun to talk with while they worked. They even gave me some tips on how to easily repair some of the paint that had flaked off over the years leaving exposed metal.

I told them to ignore the dishwasher, as I knew it was broken and was not interested in a repair. The refrigerator was cleaned. I'm not sure what was done to the garbage disposal other than some cleaning tablets being run through it. However, even though I indicated that there was a problem with the refrigerator -- it makes a terrible noise when it shuts off -- the technician didn't seem very interested, nor can I verify that he actually tested anything in the fridge. When they found out they wouldn't be doing anything with the dishwasher, they offered an additional service of cleaning my dryer vent for an additional fee of $50. I took them up on this offer, as I had been considering hiring someone for this service. I told them to let me know when they wanted to do it and I'd show them where the dryer was. However, they just walked through the house into the basement and found it on their own. Not a disaster, but not what I'd expect from a stranger in my house. There was quite a lot of lint left around the basement and items had been moved from the top of the dryer and not returned. I have to give them a marginal thumbs down. They were very polite, but didn't really clean up after themselves very well. And I'm not sure that I got the service that was described in the listing.

It went very well! They were professional, worked well as a team (Dan & Jesse), informative, and quick. We added on the dryer vents and they even opened it up and vacuumed around the drum.

The servicemen arrived on time, performed service in professional manner. They had the right equipment for the job, and ensured that the cleaning debris did not get scattered in the house.

Great! I wanted someone to come out ASAP and was told by KitchenAid company that they couldn't send anyone for a week. My wood floors were warping already! Called Anderson's and they said they could be out in an hour...John called 1/2 hour before arrival to confirm and he and Sean arrived, took off their shoes and got to work. Immediately diagnosed the problem (frozen/clogged water auto defrost drainage tube). They were very pleasant, polite, and covered my wood floors with a cloth to prevent further damage while they worked to correct the problem. They had to take the freezer section apart and added a heat probe to prevent this happening again after removing the ice dam! Would definitely call them again!

Did a great job at a great value. They are pretty busy so they got to us at the end of the day but within the time window promised. Got to work right away, were very professional and thorough.

before they arrived I called the office to make sure that they would be using a rotating brush system. They said yes. When they arrived. they said the promo was for an air snake cleaning only, just conpresced air as the methid of cleaning. The guy said that he really suggests paying 100 up charge so they can use the rotating brush. I told him the office said the rotating brush was part of the deal. He said no. So, I did pay the $100 upcharge. they did get a lot of crud out of the ducts. that was good but still I felt like a bate and switch. Same thing happened with one other air duct cleaning from groupon.

Excellent! They were very nice and efficient. Work was done quickly and with friendly service. In fact, my AC wasn't working that day and the guy took a quick look at it, told me what was wrong and gave me a few tips on what I could do to better maintain the unit. Very helpful! I'll be calling them again soon for duct and furnace cleaning.

They arrived on time and also preceded their visit with a reminder call. They did a good job cleaning the ducts and the area around the furnace. The team was very friendly and they shared some valuable information regarding my heating system with me. I would recommend using them again.

Great---I bought a special offer for $69 to clean the ducts in the house. When I bought the package, I had to give 3 dates and times that would work for me. I was called the next day and was able to get one of the dates requested. On the scheduled day, I was called and advised of a delay due to car trouble--I was told when to expect them and also that they would call again when they were about 30 minutes out. When they arrived they immediately got to work and took care of the ducts. They moved whatever furniture needed to be moved and put everything back the way it was. Quite a few of my friends told me that I would be pressured to have other work done and that this was going to be a rip-off. I disagree---everyone whom I dealt with was pleasant and courteous. I was not pressured to do anything else, and they gave me valuable advice concerning furnace filters. I would not hesitate to use them again.

All went well. We bought the deal on Angie's List, and we got an appointment within a couple of days. They were on time (actually early) for the appointment, cleaned out all the gunk and now the dishwasher is working perfectly. There were no additional charges and the service guy was great.

Tremendous, on time; they observed poor connection from the dryer to the vent and fixed that. But also noted a possible issue with our fire place. They cleaned that as well preventing glass damage/discoloration by doing so. We would not even have know about that. They are great folks.

Evaluated the problem, found that the bearings were bad and we discussed options and cost. I decided to buy a new washer

Excellent customer service - we hired AAA Anderson to have a furnace tune up done by buying a groupon and later required a refund and AAA Anderson was very friendly and accommodating. The refund came in the mail quickly and easily,

Everything was completed via email for the appointment - very quick and responsive to my timing needs. They were on-time and quick! I think it took about an hour to do our townhome. I am very happy with the service and results. I don't think the previous owner had ever cleaned them in 20 years and we are doing some remodeling and made a LOT of dust! Our system seems to be running better now and we don't have junk being kicked back into the air.
