Description of Work: I thought they did a great job cleaning up my gas fireplace. The young guy who did the work was very helpful and explained what had been done. He also pointed out a problem with the gas valve. I've since contacted my gas company service plan to deal with that. I was grateful for the heads-up on this issue.

Description of Work: Unfortunately our dishwasher is broken and needs to be replaced ASAP. Customer Service was very helpful in letting me know how to attain a refund.

Description of Work: He did dryer vent cleaning, which was not very clogged. But also repaired a noise from the outside vent that was very loud to neighbors. So worth it. He also cleaned and inspected our gas fireplace for $99.

Description of Work: We had a gas log fireplace tune-up, cleaning & safety inspection. They discovered our fireplace logs had not been set up correctly & the gas flames were being diverted. They adjusted the logs & the fire looks so much more realistic! We were very impressed with the service! The provider was very polite.

Description of Work: They came to clean my furnace vents. My AC was not flowing well to the second floor. When they got there they suggested that I do dryer/vent clean and that some drainage pipe from my furnace chimney needed cleaning. Well the furnace vent cleaning did nothing to improve the airflow. THey said my house had a bad design and they couldn't do anything. THe furnace chimney thing they cleaned I found out a week later also did nothing because the first time it rained, the rain came out the same place it did before which is what they said wouldn't happen. When they cleaned the dryer/vent they did not react it. When I went the next day to use the dryer it was very obvious it was not attached to the outlet and looking behind the dryer I saw it wasn't attached at the bottom either. The other thing is left a mess of the stuff they were supposed to clean up. It was on the floor, the walls, and other things within 5 feet of the dryer. I sent an email to the business telling them about the dryer. I received a call back the next morning that started out fairly hostile on their part but ended with him offering to have them come back to fix the dryer issue. We had agreed to 3 PM, they call at 1 PM and say they will be there i5 minutes. I said they are not supposed to be there until 3 PM, they say they can't make it and can either come now or reschedule for another day. So I have to rush home from work to let them in. They fix the dryer, creating more of a mess. At this point I just wanted them out. They didn't really solve anything and were just unpleasant to deal with. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Description of Work: The duct cleaning went well; however, it was messy to clean up after them. In addition there was a lot of pressure to buy more services. I can't attest to the |fact that the ducts are all clean but I hope so!

Description of Work: A team of two came right as scheduled and performed promise service of cleaning gas fireplace and replacing materials as planned. They also cleaned the dryer vent for an additional fee that was discounted when done in same appointment. They were fast and friendly, I would call them again.

Description of Work: The service provided did not cover all aspects quoted on the "special" deal. They basically dusted underneath the refrigerator and back of refrigerator. Cursory inspection of dishwaher. Glad I did not pay more for their servies.

Description of Work: Vacuumed inside gas fireplace, cleaned both glass areas and replaced wool inside burning area. Went well as they covered the area with a tarp.

Description of Work: Two technicians arrived on time and started the duct cleaning. While one technician did the cleaning, the other pressured me to allow them to clean my fireplaces. I declined saying I had someone else who would do it. The technician continued pushing his service and insulting the other company. While the job I hired them for was ok, the pressure sales pitch was extremely uncomfortable.

Description of Work: Originally called for a deal on dryer vent cleaning. Did a great job with this, but what was really impressive was they also cleaned our gas fireplace. It was in very rough shape, but they had it looking like they just installed a brand new one. VERY impressive. Great service. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Cleaned gas fireplace but unfortunately could not replace igniter switch. I will have to go back to the dealer for that. They also cleaned the clothes dryer and the vent going outside.
