Description of Work: My washing machine would not spin, so I reached out to AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair based on their Angie's List rating. They were very accommodating in scheduling the initial visit and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. | |The repair required a second trip and a part which needed to be ordered. They were able to schedule the follow up visit on a weekend with no additional cost. The actual repair took less than 20 minutes as well. | |Very courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. I would definitely use their services again and recommend.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the dryer vent. The last time I had it done(by another party)I noticed an improvement immediately with my dryer time. I did not this time perhaps because of my newer dryer. The provider was prompt, cleaned up thoroughly after himself and was very professional.

Description of Work: AAA did a fine job cleaning the gas fireplace. However the Angie's special was misleading. The fine print clearly stated that any additional part or service would be an extra charge. I informed AAA when the appointment was scheduled that my fireplace was starting up but not sparking the larger flame. I was told the cleaning should address that issue (it did not)and was never told they could not 'repair' a gas fireplace, nor that the employees coming out would not be able to address any issue. The cleaners were not familiar with the fireplace I had and were not sure how to correct the issue. They stated their job was just cleaning. I called AAA and was then told the company was not licensed to work on gas connections. Their company name says appliance repair and I stated the fireplace had an issue. They did offer to have their repair person come out at an added charge but that they were not licensed to fix any gas connections. The cleaning was done well. The fine print in the special and the input I received from AAA were misleading. Had I known they would not be able to fix the issue if the cleaning did not resolve it I would not have used their services.

Description of Work: Great service, very professional, punctual and knew what they were doing!! Better yet, having had them come service our A/C in the summer when we called in October to schedule a service of our furnace / central heating they told us that they did this as a part of the June service!! We didn't know this and were soooo grateful they told us and didn't take advantage, taking an opportunity to charge us twice!! Great people, great company. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Anderson's cleaned and checked our gas fireplace for proper operation. Our remote control did not work correctly and after some troubleshooting it was found to be some loose wiring. This problem was corrected and all works fine. The technician also found that our chimney cap was incorrect for the system we have and explained what needed to be done. They did not do that type of repair. | |Very happy with the service provided.

Description of Work: They cleaned a lot of fuzzy dust out of my heating/air conditioning ducts. Then they showed me how dirty my fireplace was, even after someone had serviced it 2 years ago and it hasn't been used much--AAA cleaned it thoroughly. They offered to clean my dryer of lint from inside to outside and there was a tremendous dusty mess in it--I was so glad to have it cleaned so thoroughly since it is a gas dryer and there was so much lint near the heating element. I was very satisfied with the work they did and what I paid for the extras that I knew needed doing, but didn't know they would do them. It was a great experience and I will have them back.
