Description of Work: They did a good job on cleaning the fire place, but not sure they did perform any tuning as they have mentioned in the coupon.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning - was very responsive to my call. I wasn't home and they followed my direction on how to get in the house. They did the job promptly and called when finished. Did a great job on clean up.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for furnace duct cleaning. I contacted them by email to set the appointment. They responded within 24 hours. I set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment they arrived within the time frame for the appointment. They worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the cleaning in less than an hour and they did a good job.

Description of Work: Fixed the gas fireplace in lower level and cleaned it. Cleaned and tuned up the upper level gas fireplace. Very professional I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my dryer vent quickly and cleanly. When asked, he explained the other services they provide, without pushing me into buy or having further work done that day, which I appreciated. I don't like pressure sales.

Description of Work: I had to reschedule which went very well. The two tech's called before they arrived and were very friendly. This was just a check on my gas fireplace; I wasn't having any problems with it and they didn't find anything, although it seemed their focus was just on cleaning out the cob webs. They were very willing to answer my questions and walked me through re-lighting the pilot light. I did have to re-clean the glass after they left.

Description of Work: AAA Anderson's Appliance standard of service is outstanding. It was easy to set up an appointment, they called when they were on their way, arrived on time, went right to work cleaning my fireplace with no mess left in my home. They did offer to do the dryer at the same time for a discounted rate-I did expect that. I'm not sure there is a sales person out there that doesn't try to upsale. :) Not to mention, when my dryer needs to be cleaned, I will call AAA Anderson to do it. I only listed price as B because I think it's a tad overpriced for not difficult work. They are by far the most reasonably priced though.
