Description of Work: Purchased the "Deal" through A. L. and was happy with the services performed. Would use again.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the vent on my clothes dryer. Also, explained what they were doing as they did it. Took a picture after job was completed and sent me a copy of the work and picture to my e-mail account. Told the repair person I have Centerpoint repair my appliances. The man who completed the work also told me the motor needed to be repaired/replaced on my dryer (when he knew I would call Centerpoint to do this). That is Service. That is GREAT Service.

Description of Work: We purchased an "Angie's List Deal" for appliance cleaning. They cleaned our dishwasher, garbage disposal, and the coils on our fridge. They were prompt and professional and did a good job. Our dishwasher was not working properly, so they found the problem and I scheduled a separate repair appointment. They ordered the part we needed and were actually early for the appointment. The repair went quickly and now our dishwasher works great. I would use them again for appliance repair.

Description of Work: They showed up on time, and called beforehand to let us know when to expect them. They worded quickly while explaining what they were doing.

Description of Work: The two-man crew performed a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace, replaced some of the "embers", and offered suggestions on how to keep the fireplace windows cleaner longer. Before they left they tested the operation completely. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced the thermostat and warned us that we could have a compressor problem. Excellent work and did what they said they would for the price quoted. Unfortunately for us the thermostat worked but we did have a compressor problem and are purchasing a new refrigerator. Very professional.

Description of Work: We had them clean the duct work and added a chimney cleaning for $50 while they were here. A month later we had a gas insert installed by another vendor and they needed to clean the chimney again because it was not done well. The workers smelled of cigarette smoke and our house smelled after they left.

Description of Work: The office was easy to reach on the phone and the appointment was not too far out. Tech was on time and did a great job on the cleaning. It worked initially, but a component failed within a week which required a second visit. After some research online I'm confident this was actually due to the age of our fireplace (10+ years) and not as a result of the service visit. Both visits were quick and easy and our fireplace it working perfectly since the second visit. Priced were at or below other twin cities quotes I got for the same service.
