Description of Work: They were here for 4 different services. First it was for repair on my washer. My washer was old and the cost to fix would have been almost as much as a new one. They came the next day, recycled my old washer and installed a new one. I was so happy with their service and their attitude, I called and asked about getting my furnace ducts cleaned. They were here in less than a week to do that. On that same visit, I also had them clean my dryer vents. Kim in the office is so friendly and helpful and the technicians were all the same. With all the services they provide and the quality of their work, they'll be the first place I'll call in the future.

Description of Work: I hired AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair and Cleaning Service to service my gas fireplace. The two technicians who came were friendly and professional. They cleaned the fireplace, added new steel wool for the 'burning embers', even washed the glass. The fan was not working, and I knew this, so we rescheduled a time for them to come out (at additional cost) to replace it. That visit was also very satisfactory.

They were very thorough and explained everything as they went; they found an issue with my furnace filter and were able to come up with a quick fix to ensure it works correctly and stays in place. I was very impressed with the service and personable, friendly disposition. They were very helpful and did a great job!

They did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts and vent, and also removed their shoes while in the house which was nice since it was muddy outside.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big deal for $99 for a Gas Log Fireplace Tune-Up, Cleaning, and Safety Inspection. They came out and cleaned the fireplace for me. The item had been red tagged by the fire department, They came out and made sure it was safe to use. Also inspected for extra safety measures.

The guys were great and fast, explaining to me what was wrong and what needed to be done. They answered all my questions and were really pleasant. Everything works and I am happy!
