I found them on Angie's List and I have used them for a couple of things. They have gone above and above the call of duty, actually. I have used them several times for my refrigerator a year or two ago and other things. They also had a deal on air conditioners so in the past I had my air conditioner replaced by them.

I paid for a service from them through Angie's list. They were supposed to contact me and never did, even though I sent them my information. After 10 days I cancelled. Apparently they are very unreliable.

The service guys called before coming and were prompt. They brought in a wet/dry vac and pulled an air hose down to the furnace. The blow air in the furnace and vacummed all around. Pulled the pleated air filter and cleaned in there. Put everything back and the furnace did not start up. Took a while to figure out the filter was not inserted on the bottom correctly which did not allow the furnace to start. Then they were done... I asked are they at least going to check the CO2 level in the furnace? He checked in the truck and said his regular partner was not working today and had the tools, so could not check the CO2. Said it would not be a problem because new furnaces will shut down if the CO2 level is too high. Basically I got a cleaning and no tune up which I consider the most important part the the service. I do not think the service guy had the knowledge to do a furnace tune up. I would have expected at least the CO2 checks, and verifying the flame was good and the thermocoupling was in good shape. Now I need to decide if I should purchase a tune up elsewhere.

After they arrived they told me rotating brush couldn't be done because of the flexible ducting in my home. So all that was done was compressed air through the vents without even taking off vent covers. Some stuff came through to the furnace filter but no way were the ducts cleaned out. Waste of my money, time, and effort (I moved a lot of furniture because I had assumed they would take off vent covers.)They did what they said they would but I wish I had known about the rotating brush/flexible duct issue before hand. Lesson learned. Fireplace cleaning and repair was done and it does work now and looks better. He answered all of my questions about the fireplace.

The company was responsive to my first call, scheduled right away and on the day of the repair, the team was early. Price is pretty good overall and they had to make a second trip for to replace a belt. Once repaired, it was quieter than before and dried quicker too. Overall, excellent work on a 20+ year old dryer. It's an old Maytag that's built like a tank, that's why if anyone is curious and cheaper than a replacement.

We moved into a home that had been a rental for nearly 20 years. The fireplace was filthy and only a small flame would appear when turned on. The man who performed the work quickly identified the flame problem, fixed it, and then cleaned our fireplace thoroughly. It is beautiful!

Chris and Dan were right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They worked hard and efficiently. They pointed out a few maintenance items to me that I can do myself and they did not push extra services. I was impressed with their work and I will use AAA Anderson's again when I have the need.

Received call back to set appointment within two hours of requesting service on Angie's list. Techs showed up at scheduled time. Cleaned glass front. Replaced material that makes it look like there are hot coals in fireplace. Cleaned logs, and back and bottom of fireplace. Made sure that wall switch would turn on and of the fireplace.

Our furnace was replaced by another company last fall. We had some problems and were not pleased with that company's resolution. So when our furnace would not start up this fall, we called another provider. They arrived within two days and when they discovered it was leaves clogging our outside exhaust pipe, resolved the problem by clearing and cleaning the exhaust. They were professional, prompt and charged exactly the price quoted when we called. We recommended them to our neighbors and would use their services again.

They were on time, called ahead to say they were coming, and repaired my 20+ year old washing machine in an efficient and courteous manner. About thirty minutes after they left, the load I was washing started to leak. I called the company back, and the guys were back within 20 minutes. An aging part had been jostled, allowing the leak. It was promptly repaired and has been working like new ever since.

Great! Quick and efficient. We'd had them out once before for the fridge/DW/garbage disposal package and were happy, so we selected them again for the fireplace. When my husband mentioned that we'd probably be calling them again for the dryer vent they added that on for only $50. While they were a little outside the estimated ETA, they called 1/2 hour before the end of it to let us know they were running behind and ask if that was okay. They were right on time for the new time given, so a B for punctuality, I guess.

Excellent! The two men who did the work were very pleasant and did an amazing job with the fireplace and the dryer vent hose. We did not realize how badly this work was needed and are very relieved it was taken care of so efficiently and cost effectively.

Luckily, he had a part with him. The part was discontinued.

The was fireplace was cleaned up with all the addings replacements described in the service contract.
