Description of Work: I bought the special on the list. Much cheaper than using the local energy company's contractor. They were easy to work with, reliable, and professional. Great experience.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean a gas fireplace, household ductwork and chimney. The arrangements were made easily and promptly, they arrived within the predicted timeframe, and completed the job quickly and satisfactorily!

Description of Work: They assessed the condition of my inoperative washing machine. They concluded it would be in my interest to buy a new machine and not spend the money to replace costly parts. They also gave me advice on what machines to consider purchasing and which ones to avoid. They arrived as scheduled and were courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Looked over the dishwasher, found a few pieces of junk (e.g. a toothpick) that might impact operation of the DW. Ran a cycle with a cleaner (we also do that occasionally, following their advice from the previous visit) Cleaned the area around the refrigerator. We don't have a garbage disposal (we compost non-meat, non-fat material). | |Our appliances are on different floors, so it was useful to have 2 people do the work. I'd like to see a small discount for homes that do not use disposals.

Description of Work: Our water heater started to leak on a Sunday morning. He came out pretty quickly and drained the heater. He came back on Monday and replaced the water heater. It was a very tight fit but they accomplished it and also did some additional strapping of various pipes. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Description of Work: I used AAA Andersons for 2 separate items; dishwasher repair and ductwork cleaning. | |The dishwasher repair required 2 visits and both visits were on time and price was as quoted. | |The duct work was completed timely and professionally by their staff, the only complaint was the significant amount of dust balls and dirt residue that was on the floor in each room near the vents. It was a windy day and all windows were open and the dust blew throughout the house. It could have been cleaned up in a few minutes by their staff or by myself if I had been made aware of it. | |All of the staff members I met wet pleasant and professional and I would not hesitate to call again.

Description of Work: Listed as a 'tune-up' I guess that means vacuum under and dump a cleaner in the dishwasher (which I already did a month prior myself)

Description of Work: Hired to do furnace check-up, adjustment. Came on time, were polite,did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Did "up-sell" me on getting our dryer cleaned and vents cleaned, which hadn't been done since we live there. So I bit and had them do it, but it's something I should be doing myself from now on. (I just don't care for being up-sold, though I understand that's how they make their money, and it's entirely up to me to say no, I know.) But they cleaned both out well, so I got my money's worth. | |They tuned the furnace and gave me some tips on keeping it clean and the reason for an annoying squeak from on part of the furnace. Turned out it was something I could easily fix myself so they even saved me money.

Description of Work: Purchased a fireplace cleaning and then added a dry vent cleaning. They were on time and quickly finished all the work. I would use them again.
