Description of Work: AAA Andersons Appliance Repair was extremely easy to work with. The woman who works with scheduling is very responsive and friendly. The workers arrived on-time and were professional. The only thing that I wished I would have better understood is that I mentioned prior to the appointment that I had Viking appliances and while the "inspection and cleaning" went well,(which is the "special" I paid for), there were a couple of items they couldn't repair on the frig since they were not certified to repair Viking appliances. Just wish I would have know that up front.

Description of Work: They repaired my KitchenAid dishwasher and essentially rebuilt it. Everything was fried due to a faulty control board. All parts were replaced quickly, efficiently and professionally. It took several service visits to find the root of the problem and fully resolve them but I was only charged for the initial service call. They were always very responsive and on time. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I thought I was going to be in the market for a new dryer. Once they cleaned the dryer vent, it works as if it were brand new. They also gave me some maintenance tips on other appliances. Very worthwhile service!

Description of Work: Two men arrived smelling like marijuana and cigarettes. I understand this job doesn't require a degree but still- Highly unprofessional not to mention illegal. Don't waste your money on the appliance cleaning- Not worth a cent. I don't believe they knew what they were doing. When inquired about the services they answered in non-specific manner using general terms. I then asked if they even did complete the appliance cleaning and tune-up since I didn't see them complete it because I was bust watch the other gentlmen because I thought he was going to steal something out of my house. As far as the air duct cleaning, they did complete this satisfactory. I don't believe that they hit all of my air vents due to the amount of time it took. Also they banged up and scratched my trim and railing. When asked about it they blantaly lied and said it wasn't them. Please save you money- Not worth the hassle. Actually I am scared to write this review because these individuals know where I live and fear of damage and/or theft.
