Fast, fair price, courteous, professional

Those 2 guys were wonderful. We went through a long remodel. I had to fire the first people. They didn't do any extra services and I wasn't charged anything extra. They were very professional, nice, they left me their card and the guy gave me a little plastic horse and a little metal car that had been in my ducts. I've had them cleaned several times.

The work was done on time and am very satisfied. He suggested dryer cleaner which I did have done but not 100% certain it needed to be done.

The guys were great. Really friendly but professional, got in, got out, did a really fine job. They were even a little apologetic when they called to see if they could come a little early because they were ahead of their schedule! I thought that was pretty nice.

They showed up on time and got to work immediately and we're done relatively fast! I was busy around the house so didn't have a chance to really see what they did but overall I feel like they did a good job and were courteous and professional.

They were unable to do the work. Unable to connect their equipment to our air ducts.

They were done in about 15 min. and wondered about quality, however there were 2 of them. Very pleasant and helpful. They were right on time.

Would definitely hire to clean gas fire place again. Matt on their team did an OUTSTANDING job. Seriously, he was a rock star. Would definitely NOT hire them again to have our dryer vent cleaned. The lint wasn't cleaned out all the way which caused our dryer to overheat and break the first time we used it after they left. They did come out to reclean it, but were adamant about not having anything to do with purchasing a new one if was broke or even offering to pay for the repair of our dryer. Thankfully we had another company come out and repair the dryer. They did come out and reclean the vent but would go with someone else next time. The $50 we spent to have it cleaned ended up to be a lot more in repair costs and time without a dryer. Again, however would definite hire Matt for gas fireplace cleaning. He was awesome, polite, and courteous. The $99 to have cleaned was definitely worth it.

They did use a vacuum and ran a compressed air hose from their vehicle and ran a compressor evidently to blow dust out? This is the first company I've used that have done either of these steps. I was impressed with that part, but not sure if it was necessary? They gave helpful advice after they finished. I felt the inspection may have been a little bit too fast and perhaps too simplistic to be thorough and in depth from a technical viewpoint. but on the other hand I did not stand over them to watch either, so it is difficult to really know. I can only compare with previous tune ups. Price was right, but perhaps I got what I paid for? Next time I will ask for an inspection check list so I know what they will actually be doing in advance and compare this with what is accepted practice.

The work was first rate. The technician was on time, friendly, and professional. He gave good advice on what I can do to maintain the appliances myself. Great job!

They did a wonderful job. It was better than when it was new. My logs were not positioned right before. Works so much better and the surface on the front sparkles

Good. They move very fast and I wonder if that lends to less quality work?

The first repair person ordered the part and did some adjusting. The furnace was still not heating properly. The second person had the replacement part and also did some more adjusting. So far it's working, but I have to say even with 2 stages, it takes hours to warm up the house after being out of town and having the thermostat lowered to 60.

It went very well, I have used this company before and would recommend them.
