Arrived promptly and at scheduled time. Protected carpet from soot and debris, and cleaned area prior to leaving. One deficiency: Stove has a two pipe system that draws combustion air from the outside and discharges combustion gases to the outside. For twenty plus years this prevented soot from depositing on the glass in front of the stove. The glass seal was disturbed a few years ago which caused a soot buildup on the glass. They cleaned it properly but apparently did not reseal the glass properly and the glass has once again to exhibit a heavy soot deposit.

The two gentlemen were professional, friendly and prompt.

The techs did an outstanding job. They went beyond helping me with valuable information on taking care of my three fireplaces as well as the furnace filter for my furnace. They were terrific.

They were prompt in returning my call to schedule the appointment and appeared to know what they were doing when they arrived. We had 2 men working on the ducts together, they were hard workers and very efficient, though it did bother me that they didn't take their shoes off at the door or at least put on blue shoe covers. It appeared that they did a good job while we watched them work. But later that night when we went downstairs and looked around there was debris all over in the basement bathroom floor on the carpet and counter tops and towels. There was also debris in our computer room all over our couch and floor which was directly below the ceiling duct. I'm not sure if they didn't close off these ducts or what but it was a mess!!! I called the next day to report the problem and they told me the owners would be in contact with us. We never heard back from the owners even after leaving 2 messages and 2 separate emails with photos of the damage. I do not think this is acceptable and leaves us questioning the integrity of this company.

Purchased 2 coupons on Angie's List for 2 separate gas fireplaces in our home. Scheduling was within days of purchase and they provided a range of dates and times. Arrived on time. Pleasant, neat. Fireplaces looked spectacular! Will hire again for sure.

All went fine and have had no other issues. Nice to have had things checked and gave me peace of mind. Price seemed high for what was done though I have nothing to compare it to. Additionally, there was some question about other quoted fees (less) for the same service that appeared on the site. I also found that confusing since I had paid up front let it pass.

Very well. Easy to schedule/reschedule. The servicemen arrived right on time. They did the work in a reasonable time and did not try to "upsell" to add-on services that were not included in the deal we purchased.

They were careful to keep everything covered and clean and even showed me how the pilot worked and how to fix it if it goes out. I would recommend them

Punctual, professional, pleasant, informative, trustworthy, and all that at a great price. These guys even took the time to explain how the feedback mechanism on the igniter box works! Couldn't be happier. Wish every maintenance team worked like that.

Satisfied with furnace cleaning. At my request, also cleaned and flushed the water heater for a reduced price. Operation of my automatic humidifier was also checked. Answered all questions regarding furnace filters.

Not much to do, the technicians said it was in very good shape and basically just cleaned the glass and a few other things. Took them less than 15 minutes.

They did a great job. Explained what they were doing and recommended a better filter for our furnace because they noticed the new one we had bought would restrict the air flow to our furnace and not make it function as well.

It went well! There was an issue that seemed to go away, but it has come back, but I don?t think it was related to their service. I think it is something else that I need to have fixed. I would say that for what I bought, they did an excellent job. The worker was great!
