Originally just signed up for the fireplace but liked their work and had them do both the clothes dryer and main refrigerator. Very good. Very Professtional

They weren't able to take care of it. They were kinda high. They seemed very knowledgeable. They got back to us and out here pretty quick.

The individual that came initially was very nice and no issues there. When we turned the fireplace on for the first time about a week later, it was pushing out a bad smell, like burnt plastic, and actually caused the fire alarm to go off. I ultimately was able to get them to come back out and take a look at it. The two guys that came were very nice and helpful, and looked over everything they could. Immediately they found that one of the latches wasn't closed by the person that cleaned it,, so they thought that maybe that was leaking some of the smell out. They also mentioned that will the dust on top of the box, maybe that was causing the smell. My thought was well why didn't they clean that out the first time? After closing the latch up and checking everything through, they waited for 15 minutes to let it run and wait until the fan turned on. They acknowledged a slight smell, but ultimately it was far less than it originally was. Therefore, we assumed closing the latch helped and that it would eventually go away. Well it never did and now we don't even want to turn the fire place on. I can't say for sure whatever they did caused the smell, but I know beforehand it didn't smell like that. Long story short, all were good guys and the two that came out to check on it the second time genuinely cared and gave it a good look over. However, I have to give a C due to the new smell we were blessed with and the fact that it seemed like there were parts that weren't really cleaned at all.

We have used AAA Anderson multiple times. The company I work for owns 2 houses in the Maplewood area and at 1 house our furnace went out. We had another company come out and say we needed a new furnace. We called AAA Anderson for a 2nd opinion and they were very honest and professional. They replaced a part and reported we did not need a new furnace. We also had them give a 2nd opinion when we had a furnace inspection done at our other house. They did the furnace inspection again and gave a very different recommendation at a quarter of the price. Very professional, honest and reliable.

This went fine, except the light thing was working when they got here and then when they finished it want working. So then I had to pay another couple hundred dollars for them to replace it. For me it was slightly suspicious. I had to pay an additional $200 to fix it. So it ended up being a $300 deal instead of $100. They immediately responded.

Company did a great job of cleaning. However, if you need any repair or other maintenance issues they won't do, must call a full service company or best, the company that installed the unit.

Terrific. My service techs were very friendly and responsive to my particular needs (rattle in fan and foggy glass). Great value for the money.

The job went great the technician did a very good job, there was no dust or mess in my home. I am very satisfied.

Excellent. They shuffled their schedule of non-critical service calls to get us up and running as quickly as possible and during inclement weather. I would definitely work with them again!

I do not remember the price being completely ridiculous. They were very responsive. They communicated very well about what we needed and did not need as part of our service and were very honest throughout the whole process.

Arrived on time, two men, very professional. One worked on the fireplace while the other cleaned the glass screen. Left no mess. Double checked the fireplace to make sure it worked. Asked if I needed any other services but there was no pressure to buy them. Said I should get it cleaned again in 2 years. Have used in past and will use again.

Glass was not cleaned. Service was not done. 2 years ago we had them out. Glass was cleaned and service was done..But this time they said it needed parts and the glass would not come clean. We feel they did something wrong the first time and would not take responsibility. Also they said they could not get parts....Not true we called someone else out to do the service. They had no trouble getting parts...99.00 wasted. This was done for my daughter's home. 13005 Penn Ave.

They were nice enough to call 30 minutes before they showed up, couldn't have been sweeter or funnier. They were very professional. cleaned the vents, and because of the weather they were not able to clean my dryer vents but I can't wait to have them come back. They explained everything that they were doing and were very instructional. I had a huge smile on my face because of how good they were.

They did a good job cleaning the fireplace but the soot was still the problem. They did not have the knowledge to explain the soot. One told me that it was my fence (it wasn't) one told me the exhaust for the fireplace was too close to the soffit (it wasn't) Fixing both of those things for no reason at all would have cost me a lot of money. I called the people who installed the fireplace and the soot was caused by a ceramic log that had been improperly installed. I guess I would hire them again to clean the windows of the fireplace but not to diagnose a problem.

AAA Anderson's quoted me a great price, they showed up on time, were super careful about not getting soot on my rugs, and cleaned and repaired the gas log. I mentioned that my furnace fan wouldn't go off, so they went downstairs, figured out the problem, and fixed it!! Plus, they were very nice and respectful. I found out they also cleaned furnace ducts, so I scheduled that work as well. They did a GREAT job!!

Two employees arrived late because they had been given the wrong address. It worked out for me anyway. They quickly got to work and finished the job, cleaning up after themselves.

It went very well. They were on time and efficiently cleaned the fireplace. They asked if we needed dryer vent cleaned. We looked at the vent and they said there was no need. I appreciate their honesty.

One time they came out and while they were out here doing something else they ended up cleaning the fireplace. They were really good. They put a screw in for my dishwasher because a screw had come loose. With the refrigerator they couldn't pull it out because it wasn't on skids and stuff like that. But, they did a great job on the fireplace.
