Unlike several other companies, they were very responsive and I got an appointment quickly. They came and did a good job, gave me some good advise for the filter and charge a very reasonable price

John showed up at my back door, complained about parking, got angry when I asked him why he didn't park on the street, said "I'm out of here" and left.

Two techs. First tech, did not clean under the fireplaces. He did indicate that neither remote was functioning. The second tech cleaning the ducts seemed more interested in selling additional services than reporting on quality of service delivered.

The technician called about 20 minutes before arriving, and they were on site for about an hour. They had both of the needed parts with them, and were able to resolve the issues with both appliances in the single visit. I am happy with the service, and would hire them again.

Jesse and Charlie cleaned and replaced necessary parts on our 20-plus-year-old gas fireplace. They were quick and efficient, and it was a real pleasure to deal with people who know what they are doing and do it well!

Had a leaking dishwasher, a tech was out within a few days. They said they needed to replace a part that I paid for to fix the problem. After several attempts over the next week it was still leaking, even with just rinse cycles. I let them know, they said they were booked out for the next 4 weeks, so I had to buy a new one. Was charged $288 and the problem was not fixed.

They responded right away within 15 min of my asking for a quote and were very professional in stating that they do not service Samsung appliances.

I am beyond happy with the job these folks did. They cleaned my air ducts, the blower motor on our furnace, the outside A/C condenser, the dryer vent and the bottom of the dryer. It's like Christmas around here, no kidding. We've had a ton of dust blowing around outside the house due to some construction across the street, and now it's not circulating inside the house. Great experience! I will definitely hire them again.

It was very superficial. They took abut 45 minutes, if that. A thorough cleaning takes 3-4 hours.

Rep was early, he was able to identify and clean areas that needed to be addressed.

It took the crew three times coming here to fully fix the dryer. Thankfully they only charged me once for the service fee. One of the guys smelled strongly of marijuana each time he came.

Fantastic! They came in, addressed the issue, ordered the triple water valve needed to resolve the issue, and came back and fixed the issue with ease. We can use our filtered water dispenser and get ice from the fridge again and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly/quickly this was taken care of. Thank you Anderson Mechanical!

Well, courteous. Ran diagnostics. Afterwards, let me know potential future problems (motor). He tuned up dishwasher-tightened floater, but that night when he left, no water was coming in. I texted but it was late. I figured out on my own that the floater switch had to be adjusted. He did follow up the next day. He apologized that that had happened, and said to keep him apprised. So far so good!
