It went well. They went above and beyond to do the job as quickly and economically as possible.

It went well; our A/C needed freon and I was not prepared for the $ amount of adding freon. When having a tune-up of any major applicable, be prepared for additional cost if the service company finds anything wrong.

They did a great job. Additionally they asked if I wanted the laundry dryer vent cleaned out for $40. I agreed to that and my dryer is definitely drying bulk items a lot faster. Only mild complaint was they left a lot of dryer lint on the patio. Tech was very polite and through with explanations of work done.

All work was completed. I've used AAA for other services as well and always have had a good experience. I would use them again!

They called ahead, arrived a few minutes ahead of me. Provided advice, answered my questions and even closed my downstairs vents for more even cooling. Awesome service.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I was not impressed with how clean the cold air returns were. Yes, they put a tube about six inches into heat ducts and cold air returns and blow compressed air but with the size of this tube there is no volume. After they left, I looked at two of my three cold air return ducts and they had the same amount of dust and dirt in them as before they were "cleaned". I had looked at them before they arrived and could see no difference after they were done.

The guys that came out were very quick and had a good understanding of what needed to be done. They were very professional.

John and his helper called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, and the work was excellent. The only reason I went from an A to a B is that my household is a shoe-free household for health reasons,as my mother is in hospice in the home. We have frequent health care provider visitors. Each health care provider has noted that shoes should be off to prevent the transmission of bacteria, dirt, animal fecal matter, and other contaminants into the home. To his credit, John, the owner, quickly removed his shoes and wore his socks. His helper came after him, clearly heard my request, but did not bother to remove his shoes. He continued to leave his shoes on. While it may seem like a small thing, it does matter as a customer in this kind of stressful situation. I am not doing this as the "in" thing. Both gentleman were excellent at providing and replacing the parts needed. In addition, as AAA Anderson's has serviced my fireplace, John took the time to find the model numbers as needed. I was truly grateful. It was a quick visit, and payment was easy. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, quick and the air conditioner looks clean and continues to run well.

They came in to perform the Angie's List $69 special for duct cleaning. It became very clear that this was necessary. They also asked if we wanted the extra services for fireplace cleaning/testing and dryer vent cleaning ($50/each). All went well; I'm glad that I took care of all areas at one time. I would only add that I still needed to scrub the duct cover plates to really get them clean and white again.

John (the owner) and Shawn came out to my house at the appropriate time they mentioned and were on time. Very professional and took off their shoes when entered. I felt they were honest, knowledgable and quickly found the problem. They got the part quickly and fixed my machine. Very nice men and I would definitely hire John and AAA Appliance Repair back in the future.

This is a great company. John O'Brien came and cleaned my dryer. He answered all my questions. I asked him to see if my washer was spinning out as good as it could. He agreed that the water could be spinning out a little better. He cleaned out the filter in the washer too. They advertised a special for dryer duct cleaning. That is what they came on. I paid him extra to work on the washer. I would definitely want him back again. I think i am going to get them to clean my decks. There was a wheel in my dryer that he thought was maybe making the noise that was bothering me. He said it has plastic wheels and they get worn unevenly. I might have him work on that too. I thought he was just wonderful. He was real alert to everything that could be wrong. I asked him if I could watch him and he said I could. He explained everything to me. It just felt reassuring to have someone that was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and knew his business. He said that they do all appliance. I would call him if I had a problem with my refrigerator or something like that. They were prompt.
