The first time they came out they cleaned out the dryer venting. It didn't help. They had to come out again, but sent a different team. This time they did a very thorough job. It worked. I think they are great if they send the right people out for the job.

That was fine. They seemed to know what they were doing. They did up charge us because the $99 was for just cleaning the vent. They charged another $30-40 to clean the drier its self. It was unclear from the deal that that was a possibility that there could be an extra charge for that. They were pretty quick. They were polite, courteous, and professional.

It went well. The gas fireplace is in good condition and safe to use.
