I Purchased the A/C and Furnace Service package from Angies list this summer. Today our furnace was serviced and everything went very well. Our technicians, Jesse and his colleague were efficient, pleasant and professional. In addition to our furnace service they also cleaned our clothes dryer and gas fireplace. Both now look better than new. These two did an excellent job and were very helpful. We will be using this company in the future. Great job!!

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for appliance cleaning/maintenance. My reason was two fold, to have my items cleaned but also to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator's freezer. The outside walls on the freezer, near the door, were warm to the touch. When performing the work the technician discovered a piece of foam material had detached and became lodged into the fan that cools the radiator for the freezer's frost ring. He was able to remove the foam and free up the fan. I thought for sure I was going to be charged extra as a repair cost but I was not. In the strictest meaning of the word the two techs weren't the most professional (funny banter) but both were honest and very knowledgeable.

Technician called in advance, was on-time, and didn't try to upsell me on anything.

It went extremely well since it has been a long time since I had them serviced. They also were able to get the glass cleaned. My living room and family room now look extremely presentable since they did their work. They also put in a brand new remote.

They showed up on time and got right to work. A problem was identified that prevented the fireplace from lighting as it should. They had the part to fix the problem. Installed it, and now the fireplace ignites as it should.

Went great arrived on time and were wonderful throughout the work.

They were very responsive and courteous. The job was done right and very reasonable cost. We had to have them come out multiple times and they wonderful every time. I highly recommend them.

The two man crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They told me that my job was to sit back and relax. Their work was done within an hour and they cleaned up after themselves.

Very well. They arrived on time, calling about 30 minutes prior to alert me. Went right to work and within about 30 minutes were finished. The three-sided fireplace looks like new. Would definitely use them again. Very professional.

They completed the job. They had to come back a different day. They accidentally disconnected a wire and they had to come back and take care of it which was no problem. So, yeah it was fine. I don't remember the cost.

I was not there when the fix was done (this was for my father in laws place), but he said the service was excellent and all is working properly. I made the appointment for him and the person managing the phone and making appointments, etc. is top notch. Highly recommend!
