great - all work was done as advertised - no incremental charges and very professional.

Arrived on-time, and did an excellent job on the fireplace.

It went okay. Put in some new stuff to make it look like there were hot coals in the bottom of the fireplace. 2 people completed the work on two fireplaces in 30 minutes.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. On the day of, the technicians called before they came, were right on in their estimate of arrival time and did a good job and it seemed to go quickly. When they left, other than the fireplace looking good, I couldn't tell they were there...no mess! I will hire them again in 2 years, rather than 6, for a tune up. Price is approximate, as I got a Angie's List deal and don't remember how much I paid.

AAA fixed issues with the fireplace that the initial installers missed and/or didn't install correctly. After 15 years, the fireplace works as it should have initially worked. Yes, would hire AAA again.

Everything went quickly and smoothly. I asked several questions and was given good thorough answers. The vent tubing was unnecessarily long and bendy, and the technician was able to replace and improve it for me on the spot for just a small extra fee. I was very happy with everything about the service call.

They did service on our fireplace. They took care not to let any dirt get into our house and they used shoe covers. They are very thorough and provide a very good service.

It went great 👍🏻 for me but because everything was very tight - both space and materials I think it wasn’t as easy for them. After all I only had to sit and watch.

Very efficient, didn't leave any mess. I asked if they had time to clear my washing machine of buildup of lint and they did so, including blowing it out from the outside vent. Saved me calling for an additional service.

Very professional and complete. Found loose fitting causing gas smell, which was an extreme hazard. Tightened the fitting to make the repair. Cleaned everything thoroughly, including the glass. Well done! Would hire again.

Fine. Arrived during time frame promised, seemed to do a good job. Offered some explanation of the services provided, including keys to keeping a gas fireplace working well, plus suggestions on how to clean the glass. We used them 2-3 years ago for same service, I have no concern with using them again.

It's all expensive but they knew what they were doing. They took the time to analyze what was wrong with the heat air ventilation system while they were here and tell me what was wrong with it with out charging me. It needed a 25 cent part.
