Roger kept me informed through the entire process. And when to expect certain pieces of the project completed. A major remodel like this isn't a one week project and when we had a delay with the plumber--pipes were freezing all over the Twin Cities, he informed us of the delay. Roger listened to my requests and when he took out the metal medicine cabinet, we made a beautiful tiled nook to hold bathroom necessities. I love that feature. I was trying to keep costs reasonable knowing we we're selling our house in the next few years. I shopped for some things that I wanted to pick out, like the mirrors and the shower panel. Roger took care of providing me options for other things. He called me from a store, took a picture of a tile he thought I'd like and then sent it to me.

We ended up not going ahead with the service. However, their customer service seemed fine.

We found Roger on Angie's List and contacted him for a bid to do a complete remodel on our master bathroom. The initial consultation with him gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with his company. He was able to come up with a plan based on ideas and pictures we emailed him. The project ended up being exactly what we wanted at a very affordable price. The remodel did take a bit longer then we planned but that was mostly due to a back ordered tub and us changing our mind a few times. After the work was completed we had a few minor issues and Roger took care of them, and was happy to do so! We would not hesitate to use him on future remodels.

The service went alright. The service was just a little premature for us, however. One technician came out for the design. It took a few weeks to get the design back to us as promised. They asked us what we were thinking and we gave them some of our ideas. They then worked with us to have a design based on our thoughts. We would have preferred they come back with a floor plan based on the space we had. We have since remodeled the basement on our own with a different design. I had no problem scheduling the company out.

We were very pleased with Roger's work. His prices were reasonable & his work was excellent. The work was performed in a timely manner & the area was cleaned up nicely when the project was done. He & his co-workers were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely work with him again & would recommend him to anyone needing work done. :-)

Roger did a face-lift and kind of remodel in our bathrooms and did a great job! He also did some repair work with faucet water lines in our laundry room and that is working great. In the one bathroom, the faucet was not working properly and he came back the next day and corrected it. The approximate cost of service is listed as $700 (although I don't remember the exact amount) but that is a combination of several things. I plan to have him come to install a wood floor in one of my bathrooms in the near future. Roger was on time, professional and did an excellent job. We found his work to be high-quality and plan for him to be our "handyman" for all future needs.

He was over an hour late for his appointment. When I first contacted him he was less than enthusiastic about doing the job, saying Angie's list required them to run discount services deals and he went on to tell me he does not make much from this. He also stated this was not his area of expertise or choice, the handyman thing, but he would come anyway. Then he was late. Once here and he found I might need services in the future for remodeling a kitchen he was much more interested in me as a customer. He had a young man with him who did 2 of the 3 jobs and he did the faucet leak. After they left I have no light over my kitchen sink, not sure if the problem is related or not, but I will not call them back to fix it...do not want to deal with the disgruntled handyman anymore. He was so sour about the whole thing I would not use him again.

I didn't have any work done. I have had some communication at the beginning. And I have waited for quite a while to have this done. I ended up finding someone else to do the work.

On my first review, I stated the service was an A, but unfortunately, he didn't finish the service, and here we are more than 2 years later and he hasn't fixed a crack in our ceiling. We have contacted him at least 6-7 times over the past 24+ months, with him to only get angry with us and to make excuses for not being able complete the work. Now, the crack extends another 3 feet because of the wait. At the end of June we told Roger that he had until July 7th to get us a plan of action as to how he would fix the ceiling. No surprise, it is now July 8th and we haven't heard from him. Very disappointing that we paid him in full, and he has not guaranteed his work. There were many other issues during the remodel that we overlooked, but this we will not. Jon and Becky Anderson

He didn't do any of the work. He came out to give us an estimate for the work to be done. He missed the first appointment, and during the second appointment, he seemed disinterested. A couple of weeks went by and I called him. A few more weeks went by and when we got the estimate, it didn't make sense -- he didn't take any notes and mixed our house up with someone else's. The estimate was grossly under-estimated.

It sent so-so. The best part was the quality. The worst part was that I was given the impression that most of the work could be accomplished within the confines of the angie's list deal. I think he is popular since he didn't contact me right away. It took some work to nail down a time for him to come by. I was under the impression that work was going to be done the first time he came out, but he surveyed the work instead. No problem but a little disappointing. At that time we reviewed the baseboard work and closet door installation that would be accomplished. He didn't seem to think it would be a problem to get it all done within a short period of time. We made another date for the work to be done by two workers about a week later. Only one worker showed up that day and left within an hour since there was another significant problem at another job site. Again, disappointed that this was the second visit by only one person and very little was accomplished. Another date was set up to finish the work and instead of two people, it was just one again. Approximately 80% of the baseboard (and none of the closet install) was finished by the time that my "time was up" for my deal and then rate for the remaining work skyrocketed. I ended up hiring someone else to finish the closets and I finished the baseboard myself.

This was a 6-hour offer. He showed up at my door, no appt. The pair put in a scant 4 hours between the two: 12:40 - 2:30 PM. The doorbell is in place w/1 screw so it moves from side to side. The 3 rods were not placed where I'd taped. Instead they were drilled into the wall, not the frame. The middle bracket came out of the wall. One of 4 screws to secure the table was found on the floor the following day. The door seal was narrower than the door so it was centered, hence did nothing for the leak in the corner. The outside spigot still leaks. What went right:: gate stained, file cabinet lock unlocked, desk chair stable, door locks switched although had to have him dig old ones out of garbage. When I called it to his attention that I was still owed 2 hours labor he said he'd come over after work some day. It's been 7 wks. It isn't going to happen. This is my first experience w/Angie's List. He is Handyman #6. It doesn't matter where you go, honesty isn't out there anymore.

They reached out to me right away after I purchased the Big Deal. I didn't have a project at the time for them, but I purchased it because I assumed I could find a future project for them and it was a good deal.

Provider late due to construction, no fault of his own. He hung a closet door but had to be told to measure the door. The provider was going to come back the following Sunday and finish up a project but never showed up.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. I signed up for the Big Deal which offered a contractor for 6 hours for $199. I got 2 contractors for 3 hours for this particular project which was perfect. They were able to get the work finished in the 3 hour window. They were efficient and cleaned up nicely once the job was complete. I would use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

I had to contact Angie's List customer service several times to try to jar loose a follow-up from "Roger," They also could not get any response or follow-through from him even though I had already paid the $199 big deal payment up front. He never did reply or respond to any of us. Angie's list finally refunded my Paypal payment after multiple contacts and emails. Apparently they had no leverage on this "recommended" business. I see this often. That is, GET THE BID BUT NEVER DO THE WORK.. This seems to be the home repair/handyman's creed....and professional malaise. Roger sure shows this.

Would not recommend his service to anyone.

They showed up on time, did a great job with the install and also cleaned up well after the job was done. I recommend their services and would use them again.

With my work schedule it was quite difficult for me to determine a mutually agreed upon time frame for the completion of my 'To Do List' prior to the arrival of guests to attend graduation. Although I live in Lakeville, I work in Plymouth. Once the date was confirmed they arrived as expected. We review all the tasks that were to be completed which were hanging pictures, removing old hardware for TV and re-installing hardware for new TV, installing shelving, hanging mirror attaching a new magnet to an armoire, tightening of screws on headboard, change light bulbs in light fixtures, re-install/re-align door knob on kitchen cabinet, tightening door knobs on front and garage doors, changing batteries in smoke detectors, install under the cabinet lighting units in the kitchen, mounted a shepherd's hook in the front landscape and measured a location for providing suggestions of a future bench with storage in the dining area. Both men were professional and worked diligently to complete tasks as discussed since I had an afternoon meeting at the workplace to atttend. All went well which I am thankful and grateful to have these tasks completed. THANK YOU!!!

He was very professional. Worked the entire 6 hours we had paid for. We were very pleased with the work he completed. We asked him to estimate some other work for us, but we have not chosen to complete that work yet. Would ask him back for other handman services as needed.

Had a $200 coupon for 6 hours of work. Our to-do list kept growing and Roger was very accommodating. Overall happy with service and price and schedule- very prompt.

I called him and he camed in and did the work in short notice within 1 week. He was very prompt and very professional, had all his equipment ready that he brought with him. He was very receptive to different suggestions and ideas, and was gracious enough to perform additional tasks that I had him do. His professionalism was noteworthy.

I had a very old full bathroom. I wanted it gutted and remodeled with a walk in two headed shower. The toilet and vanity would stay were they were. The drop ceiling was replaced with a solid ceiling with pot lights and a fan. The worked started about two weeks after the acceptance of the contract and initial payment. Roger and I had a vision of what I wanted and he worked with me to get it done. When I wanted a diffuser for the two headed shower I picked up the cost but he gave me a discount on some additional plumbing that needed to be done. Also when the tile came in slightly over budget we worked together to find other things in the bathroom I could do to make up the difference. Roger was easy to work with when issues came up. The tile work was excellently done and I am very pleased with it. Also the painter, Julie, did fabulous work. My only complaint would be that sometimes when I expected work to be done on a certain day the work was a no show and the length of the work took 4 weeks from start to finish. I assume Roger has a lot of projects and is very busy so most of it was due to scheduling. I have a second full bath so I was not a big deal overall. I am extremely pleased with the work and will contract Roger again when I remodel my upstairs bathroom.

I already have plans to have Roger come back for additional work. I've already given his name out as a referral. He was extremely efficient and stayed on task.

It took them a long time to get the work done.
