Roger started the job two days after providing the estimate. My wife has very high standards and she was very pleased. The end result is remarkable. He was always on time, quick to return phone calls, and quick to respond to any issues. Can't say enough good things about Roger and the people he used. We'll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him.

From the start of the project, Roger knew that I wanted a kitchen face lift at a reasonable cost. NOt only did I get a kitchen redo, but essentially a whole first floor redo. He worked with me to assure that we kept the costs reasonable from start to finish. He communicated with me the entire time. He was professional, courteous and very easy to work with. I look forward to working with him on other projects and have recommended him to many friends.

Great overall experience, he also provided us with a contact for gutters on our house.

Roger and his crew are extremely punctual and return calls/emails timely. Roger's prices were VERY reasonable for the work that was performed. There were a few issues with quality, but Roger did everything he could do to correct the issues. Roger and his crew were very personable and care about the work they perform. I had originally ordered granite counters from Home Depot because the price seemed reasonable. Their price of $1500 didn't include a new sink, it didn't include tear out and haul away of existing, it didn't include any of the plumbing and it didn't include installing granite over a section of the counter because it was too narrow. And, I was going to have to buy a new surface mount sink. Had I wanted under mount, it would have cost an additional $250. Thankfully, Home Depot didn't have the color that I ordered; so, I was able to cancel my order. Instead, I heard about Kelly Exteriors and I had Roger Kelly come out to give me an estimate. His estimate was $1850 and included all the tear out and haul away of the existing counter and sink; it included providing and installing a new undermount sink and it included putting countertop over the narrow counter that Home Depot couldn't do. Plus, Kelly did all the plumbing (which we would have had to do had we gone with Home Depot). I bought a new faucet, but that was it. Roger was very prompt at answering my calls, emails, texts, etc. He showed up when he said he would and within a matter of weeks, we had new counters. They look fabulous and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

The price was great. The work on the countertops and backsplash was great. However, we were not pleased with how the scheduling was done and the lack of communication. We were often told one day/time and then they would arrive on a different day/time. I would hire this contractor again solely based on the quality of the work and the price knowing that there will be a little aggravation regarding timeliness and communication.

It went great. Roger worked with me throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about any problems, which were few.

Kim from Kelly Interiors was prompt to make the appointment Roger called to reschedule due to a personal conflict in his schedule He arrived on the day, albeit about 15 minutes late but rang me to tell me his was running late He was dressed very casually He didn't present me with his business card He didn't bring any pictures or references to basement remodels, types of materials, etc for me to look at He complained about the "return on his investment", saying that not even 50% of the plans on the big deal contract into remodels at the end of the day He asked me when i needed the plans and I said that since i was in no particular rush, he could send to me after the holidays if that would help his schedule. i told him that I probably wouldn't undertake the project right away, but was taking the opportunity to gather estimates and ideas. I asked that if i were to undertake the project, how would i know what his drawings would look like. He said that he would send me the plans electronically- and in the plans he would show me options of materials, etc.so i could better envision what the remodel would look like i provided him with my personal e-mail address He didn't provide me with anything in writing at the end of his visit; didn't show me what he had been writing down Beginning 2nd week of January 2011, i began leaving detailed messages at Kelly Interiors about once per week No return phone calls, no electronic or hard copies of correspondence has been received No plans have been received to date Unsatisfactory service! Uncompleted work for what was paid! I would like my money reimbursed to me

Rogers did a great job installing our backsplash. His work was neat and clean. He was prompt. It looks amazing- it has transformed our kitchen completely! The attention to detail made all the difference. Everything went as planned, from estimate to payment. Rogers was easy to communicate and work with. We would highly recommend his work. We hope to use him again for future projects

10 Called Roger week of 01/30/12, 2) Came out to the house same week and gave us an estimate, 3) We excepted the bid and agreed to start work week of 2/6/2012 and ordered materials 4) Started work, week of 2/6/2012 and finished on 2/10/12

We had a great experience with Roger. We liked his ideas and also appreciated his knowledge of local regulatory laws - we definitely had the sense he does his due diligence. We felt he was priced about average and have little doubt about his ability to provide quality services. We decided to postpone work, but would definitely consider Roger when we decide to complete the bathroom. The only reason I gave Roger a B instead of an A, is that I expected a little more detail on the bid/estimate than what we received. We paid $75 for a service that other companies did for free. Otherwise Roger was excellent.

On October 6 the associate (John) visited, talked with me about what I wanted and took measurements. I was hoping for some suggestions about what would or would not work, but John did not offer any input. I did tell him that moving the fixturers was not an option. John told me he would provide 3 design options for me. I asked him if he could calculate the amount of storage space (volume) of the different options and he said yes. He told me that he would send the drawings in a week. Eleven days later I e-mailed Kelly for a status check and Roger Kelly e-mailed back saying that they were telling people to expect a 3-4 week turnaround, that 1 week was incorrect, but he would check on the status of my project. Four weeks from my appointment I e-mailed again for a status check. 2 days later John e-mailed the designs, apologising for the delay, and said he would also be mailing me some other designs the next day. When I looked at the drawings, I saw that 2 of the drawings required relocating the bathroom sink, which (as I told John) was not an option. Also, the drawings ignored the low ceiling. One of the designs relocated the sink to the wall with the low ceiling--there would be no place to put a mirror, and anyone taller than 5'-5" would smack their head when they bent over. And, there was no calculation of the storage space for the different options. I did not receive any additional drawings and about a week later (Nov 17) I e-mailed John asking about the additional drawings, and asked again about calculating storage space. Eleven days later (Nov 28) John replied that I should have received the paper plans in the mail and stated that "As far as the volume you can add pull outs and other custom storage to this design." To date I have not received any plans in the mail. I have purchased a few other coupons on Angie's List and each time it seems the provider has been swamped by the response. (In this case my appointment was scheduled 6 weeks after my first contact, and a re-schedule took another 2 weeks.) However, other coupon providers have communicated well, keeping me informed of project status and responding to my e-mails within 1-2 days. I feel that Kelly Exterior was just going through the motions for my project and was not interested in providing thoughtful options. Their communication style certainly did not build any trust.

They were knowledgeable. They do good work, but you want to be flexible in what you are going to spend because sometimes things don't work the way you think they are going to work. There might be additional expenses later, like the inside of the wall wasn't exactly how they expected it so they had to get a different panel for the door and that cost more money.

We had a great experience with Kelly Exteriors. Roger was very easy to work with...honest, direct, and timely. His work crew were fantastic! We enjoyed having them around; they always cleaned up after each days work, they were professional and were very happy to pay attention to details (like re-installing our four window boxes and flower hooks!). We would absolutely work with Roger and his crew again...highly recommend.

I did do the big deal with them. He just drew up a plan for our kitchen and it was fine. I very well might pursue with him in the future.

He had a coupon special for $75 for a drawing; the Angie’s List Big Deal. He presented it well and was pretty quick to answer my phone call and come in. He said that he had received a lot of calls on that deal; so he was going to have a time crunch. He did get back to me. His presentation wasn’t the most professional but he had good ideas and suggestions.

Roger and his Subcontractors met and\or exceeded our expectations. We get comments from our guest on the design and workmanship, and always recommend him to people. We have teenage boys who have taking over the basement, who thoroughly enjoy it. We will be adding a 4 season porch in the near future and he will be doing the job.

From start to finish we couldn't be happier with Kelly Exteriors.

Roger and his subcontractors have done an incredible job with everything we ask of them. Roger's painter is amazing. Roger always provides excellent workmanship. His is always eager to listen to ideas we have had about design and has worked hard to make our ideas work. I will continue to work with Roger and his crew on any future projects we may have. We are lucky to have found him!

Roger met me during my lunch hour to see that door. He asked that I get a new door handle and deadbolt lock combination, in case the lock was broken. He came again three days later, first thing in the morning and fixed the door. He replaced the door handle and lock, and planed the door and rehung it square. He came back on Saturday to talk to my husband and me about the rot in the door frame, and plans for the gutters.
