 + 1 moreMake sure everything is in writing and everyone is on the same page. He is wonderful around kids and pets. Tom was wonderful about making sure their materials weren't causing medical issues for me because of my asthma. Our only problem was miscommunication. He is willing to learn and go the extra mile to make things right.
Description of Work: They installed a handicap tub and a water heater. They redid a floor, did my siding and windows, and did a handicap ramp.
