Great experience again. They were professional, worked me into their busy schedule immediately, and provided a great service.
Description of Work: I had United Window Cleaning clean all of my windows in late May, but my husband decided to clean out the gutters AFTER having the windows cleaned, with a power sprayer that spewed grunge and crud all over my nice clean windows in the back of the house! Ryan and United came to clean just the few 2nd story hard-to-reach windows for me. They did a wonderful job, as usual, and charged a very reasonable rate to come and do this for me. They are a super company to work with!

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with any part of our service.While the deal you purchased only covered 30 panes of glass, we would have been more than happy to clean your other windows if you would have asked us to. We do need to know in advance of the cleaning if you'd like additional windows cleaned so that we can adjust the schedule and arrive on time for other appointments (that information was included in the message sent for scheduling). I do need to correct one thing you said, we do clean double hung windows, storm windows, french panes and almost ever other type of window you could think of. This year alone we have cleaned thousands of the double hang windows similar to the ones you have. Hopefully you'll give us another chance, and let us know if you would like additional work done. When we have had people out for ice dam removal before, they made it worse and caused damage to the inside of the house, but these people were gentle. The customer service was also good.

Ryan and his crew were very professional and extremely nice. I left them alone in my home while I went to work . They did a wonderful job and locked up after. It was like they were never there until I saw the transformation of my windows. Ryan even emailed a detailed report of issued that need to be addressed. I am very pleased with my Angie's Deal.

I did not realize I had guards on my gutters, so the service was not performed. Ryan contacted me quickly to let me know about the issue and that they were unable to provide the service.

Not only were they here on Monday after making the request on Sunday, but I wouldn't have known they were even here if they hadn't left a business card. Everything was clean; no evidence that they were here at all except now there were no plants living in my gutters. There was so much debris and dirt in the gutters that I had green plants sticking up for all to see. They are gone now. Beautiful job!!!

It was okay, and they were nice guys. However, they came on a Friday and I think they rushed the work. He recommended that I should have 2 more downspouts installed. I didn't see any debris after they left.

didn't call ahead and came at 5:00 on Friday. Had all the needed equipment. worked quickly. cleaned up most stuff but didn't fully flush downspouts. team leader gave me good tips about our gutters and roof. a good job.

They weren't able to come out right away due to the high big deal response. But he kept me in the loop, calling me back to let me know when they'd be available. It was a great service, but they were a little pricey. There were 2 workers that worked on my roof.

We do understand that Ice Dam removal services are a little more expensive than some consumers realize, especially since it is an unexpected expense. Having "price shopped" most of our competitors in the Twin Cities, I am confident that our rates are in line with the market. We're not the cheapest, but by no means are we the most expensive. There are three things that sets us apart from our competition. 1. When dealing with Ice Dam contractors the most important factor is the method used to remove the Ice Dam. We only use low pressure steam which allows us to safely melt the problematic ice dam away. Some other companies use heated pressure washer or ice picks, both WILL cause significant damage to the shingles below the ice. 2. We also do not have a 3 hour minimum like the majority of our competitors which allows us to better work with the customer’s budget and prioritize the areas that should be cleared. 3. Our crews consist of two trained technicians which allows the ice to be cleared more quickly and efficiently resulting in a lower bill for our customers, and enables us to help more customers get rid of their problematic ice dam problems in a day.
