They were outstanding. They were punctual, on time, thorough. I was very happy with the work. The house looked great for the wedding. We've had no issues. They were just wonderful. I've had them scheduled to come back this fall.

He was delayed at another job site but called and set up a time for the next morning. We had purchased the extra service of removing gutter covers and re-installing them. We had purchased new gutter covers for him to insert after he was done cleaning the gutters but he informed us that is not what the service covered. In retrospect, I understand...but at the time it was a waste of our time and energy shopping and buying the gutter covers. The whole idea was to have our gutters cleaned and then covered to keep them clean. We contacted Angie's List and received a refund for the extra service we had purchased.

It went well and they were responsive. The scheduling was pretty easy. They were able to do the work without me being there which is an advantage of working with them.

They were very friendly. They seemed to do a very thorough job. Good interaction. Very polite. Works looks good. They actually did a couple of extra windows for free.

Even though my service could not be performed due to a drastic change in the weather on the day it was scheduled nor any day after due to freezing temperatures, Ryan's communication throughout the process was exceptional. He responded to my inquiry about his service within a few hours. He was able to look at a picture of my house and confirm that the deal he was offering would apply with no additional charge. I was able to buy the deal and schedule the service all in the same day. He was able to get me on his calendar 10 days later. I was stunned how reasonable his cost was for a complete gutter cleaning and flush. It is at least half the price of the service I had been using before and felt was getting just too high. That is why I started looking on Angie's list for an alternative. The reviews on this business were so great that I asked Ryan for an estimate. The other company only cleaned a portion of my gutters and they didn't even flush them. Last year, just that partial cleaning was $160 with Karin. Ryan was going to clean and flush all of them for $129 (with the Big Deal) but it was only $150 if I had it done without the deal. As the date of the cleaning approached, the weather was looking questionable. Ryan sent an email to all of his customers the week before to let us know that he was watching the weather and that there might be an issue. He indicated he would update us early that Monday morning. He did exactly that even before the sun came up. Since completing any jobs after this storm was going to be impossible, he assured us he would complete the job when everything thawed. For us, that will be spring now. So, I can't comment on the total service provided as a result. However, I am certain based on my overall exchange with Ryan that I will recommend and utilize his business for both gutter and window cleaning in the future. Look no further if you want quality communication and exceptional pricing. The other reviews confirm the rest. You will not be disappointed.

I'm all of 5' nothing and even if I borrowed a ladder, I still wouldn't reach my gutters! I was happy to find a professional that would do this for me. Ryan left me an email as to what to expect, came by and cleaned out the gutters and a ( bit more ). I'm happy the water will run through it cleanly free of leaves, twigs, and bird abodes from 2008!

It went great. Ben and Chris did a wonderful job. I had great communication from Ryan Doliber beforehand as to when they would be coming.This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with for cleaning gutters.

After Chris and Ben left my house yesterday, I had the most incredibly clean and sparkly windows! Once again, they arrived right on time, went to work and left me with the most amazingly clean windows and screens - inside and out. They clean the framework and sills and there is never a streak. They are the BEST! They are careful if they have to move furniture in order to get at the windows and they always put everything back in place. I will use them again in the spring, gladly!

Easy and painless. Bought, scheduled and communicated all via AngiesLists. Service was well done, everything was cleaned up and removed offsite. We will using Ryan regularly to clean gutters. Overall was a good value.

The service is not performed because they said they do not clean the gutter with the type of leaf screens I have. In the first appointment, they said they don't have the right ladder. Instead of discussing with me what they can do, they gave up the job. I had to file a refund request.

We received several emails to let us know that the scheduled cleaning would take place, reminding us to leave the water on, and access to all areas of gutters. Two guys arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean the gutters, both levels, and take the leaves with them. We received a bill which we opted to pay immediately.

Everything went well. They honored the date that I'd hoped to have the work done on. They showed up on time and walked through the work-to-be-done, they got started right away and did an excellent job. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

United did a great job on my gutters! Easy scheduling and rescheduling, prompt and courteous correspondence, on time, and great job cleaning gutters. Will plan to use them every year. Ryan is great too!

Our gutters were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for at least a year. The crew arrived at the appointed time and accessed the roof with their ladder. They removed the debris and put it in bags. Then they flushed the gutters with water. The next time it rained, our gutters worked properly and did not overflow.

The workers were very reassuring that they could carry out the job without harming the windows. One person worked on the outside and the second, on the inside. Every screen was removed and brushed clean. Every window was cleaned so well that it was hard to tell that there was glass when you looked out. The workers were very efficient and respectful.

They arrived on time and completed the work in the time promised and followed up on their work very professionally! It was a pleasure to have them do the work.

Ryan called me the same day I left a message and quickly scheduled the gutter cleaning. Ben and Chris were phenomenal!!!! They not only cleaned the gutters but also informed me of how to prevent water leaking into the basement by getting a longer downspout for the front of the house. Ben found a small repair needed on the roof; I will contact the roofers to handle that. First time I used a service to clean the gutters. I am so happy I did!! They did a great job and saved me the worrisome job of climbing a ladder. (Note: A friend recently ended up in the ER after a ladder incident. Did not want that happening to me!)

I had contact with Ryan from United Window Cleaning. I told him we were willing to have windows cleaned rather than gutters, were willing to wait until next year to have gutter cleaned, or would be happy to just get a refund. He was very easy to work with and we decided it would be easiest to get the refund.
