Description of Work: I hired United to wash the outside of my house and clean the exterior windows. They did a really good job washing the windows - I could see the guy doing it checking to make sure that he didn't miss any spots. He also worked carefully - rather than trying to rush through the job, which I appreciated. Less pleased with the house cleaning. They power-washed the entire thing. I guess I should have asked more questions before I hired - I have some grimy spots that took a lot of scrubbing when I cleaned them myself. I didn't want to work that hard this year - that's why I hired it out. Unfortunately, they said that they couldn't get it off with the pressure washer and apparently don't scrub, so I paid them and will still have to do the deep-cleaning myself. I can't complain much, because I didn't ask about that specifically, but it left me feeling like I paid a lot of money for a lot less than what I thought I would get. My neighbor asked me about them, but when I told her that part (we all have the same weird grime issue), she said she wouldn't bother. They arrived late, but sent a text to let me know before the scheduled arrival time and arrived just a bit later than they projected, so no complaints there.

Description of Work: Engaged United Window via Angie's list to clean our gutters. Cold weather and snow delayed their initial arrival. Eventually came when weather permitted, did a very thorough job, especially given the cold temps that almost froze some of the leaves and other detritus in the gutters. Kept in regular contact with us via e-mail.

Description of Work: Ryan brought a very tall ladder to clean the gutters on our home. He was professional, friendly, fast and did an outstanding job. All debris was cleared and there was absolutely no mess left behind. In our brief conversation I learned he served our country in Kuwait, another good reason to support his company. We couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommended!
