Description of Work: I had to cancel the original date I had chosen to have my gutters cleaned. The owner could not have been any nicer or more understanding. We rescheduled and due to weather the service got delayed a bit. However, the owner stayed in contact with me and completed the service. There was no mess left behind and there was both a written note in my door and a message in my email to let me know the service was completed, and what they found in my gutters to just let me know and be aware. I appreciated the great customer service.

Description of Work: I contacted United Home Services, LLC through Angie's List. I have owned my home over the past 14 years, and have my gutters cleaned out each fall. I have used a few different companies over the past years and United Home Services by far exceeds them all. They were polite, efficient, and honest. I will be using them in the future.

Description of Work: They called back within an hour of my purchase and left me a message saying they were in the neighborhood and could they do the job now. I did not get the message untill later that afternoon and at that time there was email message that the job had been done. I emailed back that I had no way of knowing if the job was done or not. They should have waited for a response from me to make an appointment. HE stated that he would come out and take a picture of my gutters to show the job had been completed. I chose to climb up and check myself. I appreciate the promptness of the call back. When its a job like gutters, the consumer has no way of determining if it was done unless they are present. I would not use this service again. He was polite, and prompt but did not understand my concerns.

Description of Work: We had purchased the extra $45 service to remove and install gutter covers. Ryan was frustrated with this request because installation of gutter covers was not part of this service call. We would not have bought the extra service if it was not what we needed. He "added" off-site debris disposal to make up for the mistake. We were under the assumption debris disposal was part of the original service contract. We now have gutter covers to install and will need to find someone to install them before the gutters fill up with leaves again.
