I was immediately notified by Ryan when I purchased the Big Deal.  We had to re-schedule and he was very, very responsive.  Ryan came to my house about 2 weeks before my appointment to look over the job and give me the estimate of the extra windows I wanted cleaned above the value of my Big Deal.  He is extremely professional and friendly. I received a reminder email the day before my appointment.  Ryan and Ben arrived on the very minute of our appointment.  They were careful of our furniture and replaced everything they had to move (except the cobwebs :>)   This is an excellent company with professional services and personnel.  Love it!

Excellent from start to finish.  After we purchased the window cleaning service, they contacted us to arrange a time for the service.  They emailed the day before to re-confirm the time.  When they were running a bit late, they called to let us know.  They did a fantastic job cleaning the windows.  I don't remember the last time they were this clean.  They were so professional and efficient, you would never even be able to tell that they had performed the service all around our house -- except, of course, for the sparkling clean windows.  Highly recommended!

Ryan at United Window Cleaning is a pleasure to do business with.  He is professional, passionate about his work, always on time, and always exceeds expectations.  I highly recommend his services.

Men and equipment arrived as scheduled.  One washed the outside and the other did the inside windows.  The screens were removed for washing and taken out of the rooms where they belonged.  Later when they were reinstalling the screens there was some confusion as to what screen went where.  I would have preferred to have the screens installed in the same windows for which they were intended. 

The outside windows were fine, except we have one large and tall window which is very close to a large fur tree.  Our regular window washers typically use their wide support-top ladder to get close to window (with the tree right behind them.)  United Window Cleaning cleaners did not want to try to clean this window at all because of the washer thought the space between the window and tree was too tight.  After they left, I ended up calling my regular company to come in and wash this window.  Needless to say this cost us extra in dollars as well as goodwill with our regular cleaners.  I will never "stray" again!



All other windows were fine with some streaks on the sliding glass doors and the sun-protective window film which we have on the inside of all windows.  These things happen.  Same with the screens, most were OK, two small kitchen screens should have been done again.

They did an excellent job. They were personable and efficient.

Ryan had just cleaned my windows a day earlier, when he called and said he noticed that the two gutters on the rear of the house were pretty clogged. I had cleaned the gutters on the front of the house, but had not gotten to the rear, because my vertigo gives me trouble when on a ladder. I had mentioned the vertigo to Ryan, because that is why I hired his company to clean my windows. He remembered that, and very graciously offered to stop back and take care of the remaining gutters. His two-man crew arrived early, introduced themselves, and got to work. Because the windows had just been cleaned, they were very careful not to splatter anything on them from the gutters. They were polite, thorough, professional, and very conscientious. They even swept all the acorns off the roof so they would not end up in the gutter later. They finished quickly. I was particularly impressed because one of his crew wound my garden hose neatly and replaced it where it belonged. Two of my neighbors also had United clean their windows, and were very impressed with these fantastic young guys. I highly recommend them for gutters or windows!

Ryan's communication to set up the service was clear and efficient. He came out as scheduled, and cleaned all of my windows himself. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was able to clean my skylights, as well. He was friendly, professional, extremely neat, and very respectful of my property. I could not have asked for a more efficient contractor to help with my windows this year! I have always cleaned my own windows, but maybe not from now on!

The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and cleaned approximately 40 outdoor windows.  Our home is in the woods, which was not a problem.  They did a very good job and I would use them again.

The guys were great! They arrived an hour and a half early because they had a cancellation. They were very fast and hard workers! And did a great job. I felt totally comfortable with them in my home, and they were very nice. It even amazed my neighbor to see how fast they worked. It definitely was worth it, and I would hire them again.

I was very pleased with the communication Ryan provided. He was better at it than I was! He was in touch and kept me informed throughout the process of setting up and confirming a service date and time.

Ben and Bob came to do the job and they were pleasant, professional, and punctual.  They went out of their way because I did not have my dates correct and therefore did not have the screens removed as I was supposed to do.  Ben and Bob did it for me and they did it PLEASANTLY with no hint of irritation or of being put out at the fact that I was somewhat unprepared.

My windows are sparkling and I couldn't be more pleased with the service of United.

Windows look great.  There was a mix up with the date as we are getting the house washed as well and wanted the windows done after that.  They are going to come back and redo the windows after the house gets washed so all will be well.
