The gutters were cleaned promptly. Apparently I had more than 125 lineal feet, but this was not communicated to me before the job was done, so I was not charged extra. I was not home at the time of the work. Some downspouts were not put exactly back in place and there was some leaf/other debris at the mouth of a couple of downspouts that I had to pick up. I was called to see how things had gone, and I mentioned these things. An offer was made to have someone come out and fix them, but I had had to do it myself because it was about to rain heavily when I noted these things, so there wasn't time to let the provider take care of it. Overall, United Home Services were prompt and delivered good value. I would say maybe a slight bit more attention to communication on the front end, and to how things at the home are left.

I purchased The Big Deal for gutter cleaning at my parents' house - Dad had just had some heart surgery and I am nervous with heights and using a leaf blower while on the roof to get at the high part of the gutters did not sound like a good idea for me. Ryan, with United Home Services, was great. He was prompt with communication, scheduled a date, was there and did a wonderful job on the gutters (and was incredibly kind to my parents). They have his contact info for future gutter cleaning and so do I. Thank you, Ryan!

Great, professional and timely. Downside is that the gutters weren't flushed completely and we are backed up with leaves in such at the bottom of the downspout. I will need to detach and flush it myself.

I think they cleaned my gutters, I wasn't home at the time..so how would I know if they cleaned them.

I thought they did a good job. Gutters are clean and flowing well. They were a day late from what I was told, but we had some bad weather days just before, so I'm guessing that set them behind a little - no big deal.

The original work was to be done on Friday, July 3rd. But Ryan didn't show up that day because he had two jobs that took much longer than expected, and it was a holiday weekend. So we corresponded via email several times, and he said he'd be out today, July 6th at around 9:15 am. He showed up on time, cleaned out our gutters and downspouts, and collected about 15 gallons of debris. He took some time to explain what was going on with our trees, our roof, our gutters and downspouts. I appreciate his explanations.

Ryan emailed me with his next available date. You don't even need to be home, just have the water on!

A crew cleaned my gutters in about 1 hour and I didn't have to stand on a ladder 2 stories high.

United is the BEST! This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Ryan's company and I have never had a complaint. They always work with my schedule, are prompt, professional and the price is more than fair. My windows are quite old and not so easy to clean, so I am really happy to have found United. They never complain about having to struggle with the windows and screens. I always get compliments on my clean windows. We have rather large picture windows and luckily have long overhangs so they stay clean for the 6 months until I schedule the next cleaning! Ryan himself did the cleaning this time and it was perfect. This is really a stand-out service company!

The man who did the cleaning was very good..cleaned all the debris..flushed the drains.. It was great.. I usually do this myself but this was a great price and service..

Prior owners probably had not cleaned for several years. UHS did a great job. Excellent communication and reliable service. Ryan was able to finish only the front part of our house on his first visit due to the debris that had accumulated. He promptly contacted us to let us know he would have to come back to finish the work.

It was extremely cold, snow was deep and ice abounded everywhere. They climbed up on the roof after establishing a connection to the water supply for the steam needed. They were very professional and did an excellent job of removing all the accumulated ice. They cleaned up very neatly after completion of the work.

Ryan did a tremendous job and I would recommend him without hesitation. I have some covers on my gutters and was surprised to see a fair amount of shingle, dirt, and seeds wash-off. He was efficient and provided excellent communication, I would definitely hire him again.
