Description of Work: We bought their gutter cleaning deal on Angies List and when we sent the message through Angies List in the late fall to get our gutters cleaned (temps were still in the 40's and 50's) because we wanted to wait until the majority of the leaves fell from the trees, we requested that they give us a call to discuss details. We never received a phone call and when we got the response on here, they said that since there had been a freeze that they would no longer clean gutters until spring. The coupon runs out in March and as we all know in MN, most of the time things are still frozen in March, so we have no way to use the coupon and when we reached out again requesting a full refund (both through Angie's List and phone), since they couldn't perform the service, again requesting a phone call, we have not received a response via Angie's List nor via telephone.

I'd like to add a few facts to this review. The coupon was purchased on Saturday 10/31/15 and I replied back to you first thing Monday morning (11/1/15) stating that I had a couple openings remaining on my fall schedule for the dates November 5th and 6th. I did not receive a response back from you until 30 days later December 1st, which is well beyond our fall season. Freezing temperatures greatly affect the amount of time required and often make conditions unsafe for gutter cleaning. I replied to your Dec 1st message that same day stating "Unfortunately the gutter cleaning season ended with the first freeze and it will resume in the spring once temps have thawed." You once again messaged on Jan 8th requesting a refund and a phone call. I called the number provided on Jan 12th when I returned to town from vacation per your request. I left a voicemail explaining that Angie's List processes all refunds and gave an email address and phone number 1 (888) 888-LIST to call to have that refund processed. I encourage you once again to call Angie's List and have your refund processed. For future customer, we always honor coupons in the spring if freezing conditions set in before a scheduled appointment. As much as I wish we could clean gutters all winter long, most reasonable people will understand that weather conditions prohibit it. I cleaned gutters on over 400 homes this past year, and I guess the only complaint is that I don't clean them in the winter. Ryan Doliber

He did the outside of the windows but he did not clean the bottom of the screens and left all the dirt in the window wells. This is a no-no. I’ve never had anybody do this before. I’m sure the owner would not have left it like this. The boy that he sent out was very nice but he did not do a good job. He was prompt and took off his shoes, so he was nice but I don't think he got the right training for cleaning windows as they are still a little smudgey.

The exterior window cleaning was scheduled and completed by one of our technicians, Bob (31 years old). He is well trained and cleaned the outside of the storm windows as instructed. Screen cleaning and window sill cleaning are components of our full interior and exterior window cleaning package, since only the exterior windows were scheduled to be cleaned, these items were not part of the scope of work to be completed. The customer requested that the screens be cleaned and the sills be wiped, and Bob did with no additional charge added to the bill. Additionally, when only the exterior surface of a storm window is cleaned, the 3 remaining glass surfaces that are not cleaned still have dust and other dirt on them and may appear to be "smudgey" unless all surfaces are scheduled to be cleaned. I will work to improve the clarity of our bid sheet so that it is more clear about what is included/excluded with strictly exterior window cleaning. I appreciate your feedback, and the opportunity to improve my business.

6 windows, a patio door, and a storm door were washed inside and out, including all screens. A large wall mirror was cleaned also. All were sparkling clean. The young man was very pleasant and explained everything. I would highly recommend this window service.

This is the second year that we have had Spakling Clean do our windows, and these guys do a really great job. Their pride of workmanship and integrity really show through. They are professional, thorough, and really aim to please their customers. We had them come while we were out of town on vacation, and came home to fabulously clean windows. They called to follow up and ensure that we were happy with their work. Thumbs up to Sparkling Clean - they're reliable and provide a great value. It's amazing what a difference clean windows make in the feel of your home! We'll definitely continue to get our windows done with Sparkling Clean on at least an annual basis.
