Ryan was very responsive and professional. He and one of his crew came and cleaned our gutters. Since we have a clay tile roof, Ryan assured us that no one would walk on our roof or disturb the tiles. They stood on ladders only to clean the gutters on our 2-story home and washed out all the downspouts. The job took them about an hour and I thought the price was well worth it.

showed up about 4 PM were done by 4:45.... used my water but brought their own hoses... and very importantly they collected and removed the debris not simply flushing and leaving on the lawn.. GREAT JOB.. Very Professional... AND a Veteran!!! served 18 years... gladly help a Veteran...

This was a deal I bought. Promptly received email (my preferred method of communication) to explain service and suggest appointment time. Called before scheduled time to let us know that they would be later. Arrived on time, came in and introduced himself. Cleaned gutters and removed some ice that was in them, Left no mess. Did a great job.

Ryan was very helpful and attentive. When our exterior water spigot was frozen and they were unable to do the gutter cleaning as scheduled, they returned the following day to complete the service. I would definitely call them again.

Ryan maintained good communication, let me know immediately when he had to postpone the cleaning due to unexpectedly cold weather.Used equipment that protected the gutters, plugged a hole in one of the gutters that was leaking. Used steam equipment to take out some ice. I will use United Window Cleaning again for gutters and other services.

Arrived on time to find that gutters were full of ice. The crew cleaned as much as they could and came back 3 days later, when the weather warmed up, to complete the job.

Couldn't have gone better! Ryan and his helper came right on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up everything before they left. Working with Ryan has been very easy. Ryan was very professional. He was initial supposed to do it one day, but because of the cold weather it took him longer to do other homes. He sent us an email to reschedule, which worked fine. After he finished, he described what he had done. It has not rained since he came so we haven't seen how well the water flows through the gutters, but we assume it will be fine.

United Windows was very professional from the start to end of process. Shortly after buying our Angie's Big deal, we received an email with times available that matched our requested dates perfectly. A couple days before our appt, another email came reminding us of our appt. Ryan arrived on time the afternoon of our appt and worked very hard for 3 hrs on the gutters. The weather was cold and ice had built up in the gutters which he also had to deal with. He also brought his own hose and flushed out the downspouts which hadn't been done with previous gutter cleanings. We have a tall two story house and one side of our house requires a very tall ladder to reach the gutters. Ryan managed this with no problem. I was very impressed with the work Ryan did and his professionalism. The cost for this job was a bargain considering we bought an Angie's Big Deal. I'm not sure how much it would have cost if we had paid full price, but I know Ryan did a more thorough job of cleaning our gutters than past vendors we have hired. I would definitely hire Ryan again. I had also asked Ryan for an estimate for window cleaning and he emailed that to me the very next day. We will be hiring him for that also.

They did a great job. They were friendly and professinal. They came out right on time and got right to work. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up the debris. They even cut some branches off of a tree that was touching the roof. I will be calling these guys next year.

Did an excellent job. Gutters had not be cleaned for a number of years and Ryan and his crew did a super job. I will be calling them back in the future for more cleaning.

Everything went great. Ryan's communication was first-rate: clear, consistent, and professional. He and his crew did a fine job of cleaning out our gutters and downspouts, exactly when they said they would. They were quick and quiet, too. I highly recommend United Window Cleaning and will likely ask them to clean our windows come spring. And if we are unfortunate enough to get ice dams this winter, I'll definitely be giving Ryan a call.

Highly recommend! Ryan was very responsive to inquiries and he did a great job flushing the overflowing gutters. He pointed out a problem spot where water didn't drain correctly. There was no hard sell, Ryan is just a conscientious guy looking to do a good job for his customers. I will hire this company again.

I was immediately notified by Ryan when I purchased the Big Deal. We had to re-schedule and he was very, very responsive. Ryan came to my house about 2 weeks before my appointment to look over the job and give me the estimate of the extra windows I wanted cleaned above the value of my Big Deal. He is extremely professional and friendly. I received a reminder email the day before my appointment. Ryan and Ben arrived on the very minute of our appointment. They were careful of our furniture and replaced everything they had to move (except the cobwebs :>) This is an excellent company with professional services and personnel. Love it!
