Very thorough and professional, courteous and prompt. Careful to make sure area was cleaned up. Visual review with me after they finished to make sure I approved. Identified area of roof that needed some repair to reduce likelihood of future problems with leaking. Did not feel south side of roof needed snow ice removal. Will definitely call on them again for future window, gutter cleaning or for snow ice removal from roof.

It was ok. They said they did something that wasn’t part of the deal that we couldn’t verify. We got them because we couldn’t get up to the gutters because we were both injured at that time. As far as we know the gutter cleaning has been done adequately. Everything related to what we called them for was an A, them asking us to rate something we can’t verify and didn’t ask for is what got them the B.

It was a big deal and it was good. It was fine.

Ryan Doliber and his partner arrived, did an assessment of the roof and then made recommendations as to work needed. I had the option to do the whole roof, or to reduce costs by just doing the areas where the ice build-up was serious. I appreciated that he offered cost-saving options. He and his colleague then proceeded to steam off the snow and ice on the sections of the roof we had agreed upon. They were efficient and thorough. I found out later when talking with friends that his hourly charges were less expensiver than others that friends had used. And his work was excellent, so I feel I got very good service for money. You'll want to guide him if there's any area of ther yard around your house where you don't want snow and ice dropped, as he won't know unless you tell him. I am completely satisfied with his work and will call him again if I have another build-up.

Angie's List had a deal on them so that's how we found them. It was a positive experience. They came out and took care of it. It was a fair price. It was good. They were very clean, organized, and efficient. They left the house in the same condition that they found it in.

United Window Cleaning did a fine job of removing large amounts of snow off my roof and shoveled it off my deck too since that needed to be clear of snow. They arrived on time and seem to have the right tools for the job. The job was completed in less than an hour.

I was lucky enough to get a coupon which was worth $145 for one hour's work by two people. They arrived at a pre-arranged time which had to be slightly postponed because of equipment repair, but i was telephoned in advance and they did arrive promptly and began to work immediately. The work was somewhat complicated in that the section of roof that needed attention was attached to a grape arbor so there was a bit of difficulty in accessing the problem. But the two workers lost no time in figuring out how to accomplish the task. They attached a hose to my washing machine water outlet so they could operate the steamer and they succeeded in removing ice and snow from a large section of the south roof. The work needed a bit of time above and beyond the hour and I agreed to go for another 20 minutes as it was needed to complete the work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed and would hire them again. And I would recommend them to others who may be in need of such services.

I reached Ryan on the phone when I noticed a crack in my ceiling and became fearful that the large ice dam that had developed on a section of my roof would eventually wind up inside my house. He agreed to come the following morning and called to let me know when he'd be a couple of minutes late. He was very pleasant and professional, as was his co-worker, Ben. Initially we had some trouble because the outside water source was frozen. After checking several faucets in the house, we eventually decided to use the water from the washing machine hookup, which involved moving a very heavy stacked washer/dryer setup. But once we got a water source established - which took quite a while and for which I was not charged - it went quickly and efficiently. In addition to steaming off the ice, Ryan and Ben also removed most of the snow from that entire section of the roof. And as an added bonus, while Ryan was working on the water setup Ben shoveled my entryway! BTW this was all done in weather that was below zero with a 20-25 mile per hour wind. They were both very nice young men who knew their business and all in all, it was an excellent experience!

It went great. Ryan is a great hard working guy. He explained everything and kept me updated on his progress throughout the process. He and his employee worked for three hours straight, in subzero weather!!!!!! They were hard at work the entire time and cleaned up afterward. He has great rates and we will definitely use his company in the spring with gutter and window cleaning. Thanks Ryan!

I had purchased a coupon on Angie's list and they honored the price of $99 for exterior window cleaning. They performed as expected, were on time, and professional. I would use their service again.

Ryan replied promptly to my request for services and scheduled the service within a few days of the initial contact. Unfortunately, the weather was bitterly cold (well below zero) so it took three visits and more co-operative weather to complete the job. The crew was extremely polite, explained the billing thoroughly, walked us through how the job would be performed and worked as quickly as possible. The work was completed as promised. Great job!

Ryan was very responsive and got us on his schedule right away. They were prompt and did great work. I would definitely call them again for assistance.

I set up an appointment for Ryan to come out and remove a moderately-sized ice dam from a section of roof on my house. The day we scheduled was particularly cold, but he came out anyway. He arrived a few minutes late, but he called me ahead of time to let me know that he was running a few minutes behind. It took them a little while to set up their equipment, but they did not charge for setup time, which was very nice. In one hour, Ryan was able to remove all the ice and snow from the primary problem area on the roof. I worked with Ryan using a deal through Angie's List, so the price was a little cheaper than usual, but before he started working on the roof, he discussed their normal pricing and compared it to other similar service providers, and it sounded like a very reasonable deal. I liked the fact that they used steam to remove much of the ice dam. This decreases the chances of damaging the shingles/roof. I would definitely recommend using Ryan and United Window Cleaning for snow and ice dam removal. They were very professional and provided a great service at a very reasonable price.

I contracted with United Window Cleaning to clean the gutters on our house. I spoke with Ryan, the owner, about the work we needed done. I explained the layout of our gutters and that the house is built along a hillside and the gutters in the back are very high. We were out of town when his crew came over, but Ryan sent me an email after the work was done including an explanation of what they did and any issues they found. They did remove some ice from one of our gutters. | |I am very satisfied with the interaction with Ryan and the services provided. I will likely contact United Window Cleaning in the spring for window cleaning. They have also starting offering a service to clear ice from gutters and I would not hesitate to call them if I needed that service.

They cleaned out our gutters. They were very professional; had fallen behind on their schedule -- due to weather, not their fault! Yet regardless, they kept in touch with me and followed-through as promised. (I had no problem with the delay.) They were efficient when they came, had a large team that got to work quickly and cleaned-up after. The only complaint, which again is not U. Window Cleaning's fault, we have a small home only 2 main gutters that run the length of it, front & back. I understand there has to be a fixed cost large or small homes included and really, it was worth it to me to have it done :) I had a good experience with this company. Thanks!

Fall gutter cleaning, ice removal. Very pleasant to work with. Date and time shifted due to weather conditions and was unavoidable. Took the time to do a through job. All gutters were reported to be free flowing.

They provided clean, sparkling windows for my second floor. I don't like getting out on a ladder to clean. They were even able to answer a question on my combination windows, which I appreciated. It went great.

They had so many responses to the deal, they had to re-schedule one. Other than that, the 2 men who came and cleaned my gutters were thorough and professional and quick.

Well, nothing happened. I came home on 12/6. Of course, it had snowed on 12/4, so now the roof is covered with snow, making it hard to tell if he did the work. And, there was no invoice. So, I cleaned the snow off a gutter and found the work was not done. I did not hear from Ryan again. I have tried calling him, left a message on 12/7, asking him to call and let me know what happened and what we can do now. Today is 12/10 and he has not called back. And, of course, with the snow it's too late. I was concerned about having clogged gutters which may cause ice damming. Given that I am not going to be home very often, it will be very difficult for me to monitor the situation at my house. I feel that Ryan has put me in a very bad situation and there isn't much for me to do to recover now. I just have to wait and hope there isn't any damage to my home from ice damming. I trusted the AL reviews on Ryan's professional approach, so this is very disappointing. I would not recommend using them unless you are able to monitor the work personally and have time for a plan B in the event they don't show up.

It turned out fine. So far we haven’t had any issues. They came when they said they were going to come and they were very courteous. We had no problems with scheduling.

Ryan was very friendly, explained what he was going to. He was very professional. Was here and gone in 1 hr.

I had been concerned about being scheduled so late in the season, but the weather cooperated. Both men went to work quickly and efficiently, and even had to remove some plants that had started to grow in the gutter during the summer. They made sure that the water in the downspouts "ran clear". My only nitpicking is that I wish they had also hosed off the dirt/debris left on the sidewalk after the flushing. But that was just a small thing. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I wasn't home when the work was done but I could see they did a good job.I appreciated the email connection because I had someone else who I never knew whether or not they would ever show up.

It went very well. The owner was very communicative back and forth. He keep me apprised of everything and let me know what they needed in terms of making sure the water to the outside faucet was on. It was a really good experience. He followed up with me. He let me know if there was anything that he saw that might create a problem in the future. I have an older home, so that's always useful. I thought $99 for getting my gutters done was definitely worth it. From what I can see, it seems like it all worked out quite well.
