Great service and completed work in a timely fashion. The site was clean when they were finished and followed up to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.

The process went very well, though it would have been nice if the time between initial tear out and window installation could have been shorter. But that is primarily a function of needing to custom order the windows. Ron did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. I really appreciated his willingness to discuss options with me and offer ideas and solutions. Overall I am very pleased with the results.

Ron, one of the owners initially came to my home to discuss what I wanted. He asked very good questions and got me to think about details of the project that I would have otherwise overlooked. He asked me how I intended to use the room and if I enjoyed looking out my kitchen window. (My kitchen window now looks out into the porch) He really took time to make sure he clearly understood what it is I wanted and how important window placement is. Then I was presented with pretty cool computer generated image of what it would look like. When I signed the contract I felt very comfortable that I knew exactly what I was getting. The work progressed smoothly and I was very impressed every step of the way and the workers were very professional. In the end I have a beautiful sunroom and would recommend RUI to anyone.
