 + -1 moreDan has always been very friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. When we found bats in our house we were very upset and weren't sure about the process of getting them excluded. Dan took time over the phone and in person to explain the process and inspect our house. The initial cost was reasonable because Dan spent hours caulking and putting valves in to exclude the bats. Dan even came out multiple times to re-caulk and help with other issues that came up for no additional cost. We have paid for a yearly renewal for several years to keep up our warranty. The renewal fee is affordable. We recently moved, but if for some reason we had bats or other rodents in our new house Dan would be the first person we would call.
Description of Work: Completed first bat proofing of our house and has come back yearly to re-inspect to maintain warranty

Description of Work: They have not called me back after I left a message on their voicemail a week ago. With mice in my house, I needed a quick response. On their own website, they give their phone number as 763 227-9888 (different from the phone number here). I used the 763 227-9888 number when I called--and it seemed to be the same company.

 + -1 moreI liked working with him. He seemed to know what he was doing, and willing to answer questions.
Description of Work: We were hearing some noises in the subfloor. I have called Dan to come and have a look at it. He has charged me around $100 to have a look at it. He said it might be mice or rats, and he checked the house, and scheduled a time to close all the possible places where the mice can enter. He came a week later to finish the job.
