Description of Work: I chose to buy a new furnace as my 15 year old furnace needed extensive repairs. John gave a very competitive bid and explained everything that had to be done. He answered all my questions without it being a sales pitch. I chose a high efficiency two-stage Goodman furnace based on price and warranty. They were able to install fairly quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I love my new furnace. My house is so comfortable every day.
