The people at Provision were awesome. Chris Brown was fast to help and I cannot express my appreciation for the work done. I would suggest Provision to anyone requiring roof repair or replacement.

The job couldn't have been done better. From the initial consultation to the final clean up Provision provided first class product and service. John is honest, knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. The roofing crew was polite, responsive and some of the hardest working people I have ever seen on a job site.

Worst experience ever. There is no way that I would ever hire again. Tornado ripped off roof, windows, and siding on July 4, 2018. Roof was done fairly soon, but...... The windows were measured in July, told three weeks to install. Re-measured end of August, then windows were "lost", not put in until the snow started to fall in late September. Siding was not done for the same length of time. It took the threat of a lawsuit to get the company moving again. Looked up at the underside of the roof last week, this is now November, huge panel missing. Called Rob, he said, wait a minute, I can explain. Explain? That my job was not done? That you would not have completed my job if I would not have looked up? Tried to give some excuse to why my panel was missing. There is no excuse. They did not do the job. If I would not have looked up, they never would have done it. Do not hire these people. Look at their website and FB pages. If the owner of the company is leaving reviews, its a bad thing. If I would have paid any attention, I would never have hired them. Say they are big "christian" men, play that up all the way. Do not fall for their religion angle.

Provision has been an excellent company to work with, from the very first site visit. They were responsive and professional in all interactions. They worked on the roof even when the weather took a Minnesota turn for the worse. The roof came in on budget, which was a huge deal for me as I was paying out of pocket for it. John also took care of getting some metal trim pieces especially made by a local company, in order to fix some earlier ice damage to the roof. When they were finished, every single piece of any sign of their work was removed and my yard and walkways returned to their original state. I am so happy with their work that I invited Provision to put a sign in my yard. I want people to know who did this job. I really could not be happier and I am so proud of my beautiful new roof! Work was completed in a timely professional manner. We did have a couple of issues that needed to be addressed following completion of project and they responded immediately and did an excellant job to resolve those minor problems.
